This tour was an absolute disaster from start to finish. After giving the company a full month to respond to our private complaint (which they ignored), I feel obligated to warn others. Bait & Switch: The "new, sleek black boat" advertised was actually an outdated boat, way too small for six people. One of us had to stand the entire journey, while the rest of us were crammed onto the bow or split up. Severe Delays: The operator showed up nearly an hour late. Zero Hospitality: Included drinks were never served or offered. We had to find them in a cooler down below, and they were completely warm. Gross Hygiene: Snorkel gear was stored in a dirty bucket—completely unsanitary and unusable. We paid for a luxury private experience and received bottom-tier service. Save yourself the headache and avoid this tour. Cramped, Late, Unsanitary, and Ignored by Management Do Not Book! Old Boat, Warm Drinks, Filthy Gear

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing 4-Hour Boat Trip Around Dubrovnik! One of the absolute highlights of our time in Dubrovnik! We did the 4-hour boat trip around the beautiful Dubrovnik coastline, visiting the islands and exploring some incredible caves and swimming spots along the way. The scenery was absolutely stunning, with crystal-clear water and amazing views of the coast from the sea. Our skipper, Vito, was brilliant from start to finish. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable, and made the whole experience feel relaxed and personal. He took us to some fantastic spots, gave us plenty of time to swim and explore, and made sure we were enjoying ourselves throughout the entire trip. Four hours was the perfect amount of time and the whole experience felt really well organised without ever feeling rushed. Cruising between the islands, swimming in the clear Adriatic water and exploring the caves was unforgettable. A massive thank you to Vito for making the trip so enjoyable. If you’re visiting Dubrovnik, I genuinely couldn’t recommend this boat trip enough — easily a 10/10 experience and something we’d definitely do again!
