Our Chianti Classico day trip was fantastic. Our guide, Kiko, was very knowledgeable and he shared some interesting information and stories about the region with us. We really enjoyed the wine tasting at two small wineries, Nardi and Casanova Di Bricciano, with a delicious Tuscan lunch at the second, overlooking the beautiful Tuscan countryside. The third wine tasting was also a great experience at a larger winery, Ricasoli. We bought wine at all three. The day ended with a walk around the castle, with beautiful views from the panoramic viewpoint. A perfect day in Chianti Classico. We would recommend this tour and Tuscan Escapes to anyone wanting a quality small group experience.

Our guide Mattai was exceptionally knowledgeable and fun! Every experience was great with the exception of the last winery that was mediocre.

Mattia was an excellent guide to tell us all about the wines we tasted and areas we visited. The lunch was a highlight - one of our best meals of the trip!

Danielle was amazing as a guide. Very knowledgeable, funny and relateable. We visited amazing wineries and had great food and wine. The selection of locations, quality and experience was outstanding.

The Chianti tour was a special experience and a highlight of our holiday. It offers a great insight into Italian wine culture and we have learned a lot about the production process. Tuscan Escapes has selected beautiful wineries with a special history. The day is beautifully designed and offers a very pleasant change between wine tasting and exploring the area. The typical Tuscan lunch was incredibly delicious and a pleasant rest. Our guide explained a lot about the region, the terrain and the importance for winemaking and was very warm. The many wines, the extensive lunch and the great impressions absolutely justify the price of the tour and are worth their money. We really enjoyed the day and can only recommend the Chianti tour!

Today we went to Chianti with Julianna our guide and the experience was educational, easy, with beautiful scenery and a lunch experience at a winery that was a Tuscan dream. Yesterday’s lunch on the brunello tour was also excellent. These tours are so well planned and also tuck in some sight seeing. We cannot recommend these tours more highly. Thank you Tuscan Escapes for two days of learning, exceptional wine and welcoming tour guides. Such a joy!

This was a most amazing day…Marco, our guide, was FANTASTIC! He took us to beautiful wineries with terrific hosts and wonderful wines. Lunch prepared by Giani, the winery owner was some of the best food we’ve had. And our final stop at Celestino Pecci winery, sitting in the outdoor gazebo sipping delicious wines, was one of the most picturesque and delightful spots we’ve seen anywhere. Along the way Marco gave us interesting info and great stories that made this day of wine tasting just the perfect adventure. A true highlight of our trip to Italy. It was worth every cent and then some. Can’t recommend this tour highly enough.

Absolutely wonderful! Best day we’ve had. Keko was a perfect tour guide and the small group format was intimate and enjoyable. The wines and food were incredible, and the stops along the tour were really lovely!! I would highly recommend this tour!
