They were very late for the pickup as and then didn’t give us extra time at the location. It’s listed as approx 5 hr tour, this is not the case. We were back in Miami at 1:30 and didn’t leave until 10:30, even if we left at 9:30 as listed it would have only been a 4hr trip. It felt really rushed once we were at the Everglades holiday park. Also, the apr boats are enclosed, which is very hot and not an open air boat.
