The photos were very disappointing. Lot of photos taken in the end not many good photos. A lot of the photos too much light can’t see faces and a lot with shadows on their face. I feel he was very inexperienced with family photos. Shot as a wedding with wedding party not family fun. Didn’t have the right equipment for beach photos. Can’t get those photos now that time has passed.

There was a misunderstanding in the delivery of the images. The photographer initially sent a set of unedited images before the editing process had been completed. Unfortunately, these were understood to be the final photographs, which understandably caused confusion and disappointment.
Once we became aware of the situation, we contacted the guest directly and provided the correct, fully edited photographs. We were able to clarify the misunderstanding and resolve the issue with the guest.
We take the quality and delivery of our photographs very seriously, and our goal is always to provide our guests with professionally edited images that they can enjoy and keep as lasting memories of their time in Hawaii.
We sincerely apologize for the confusion and appreciate the opportunity to correct the situation.

Photographer no show
Only gave one star because zero stars wasn't an option. Photographer didn't show up. Called multiple times with no answer. Received email and text confirmation of appointment. Viator was helpful in getting a refund. Very disappointed!

The reviewer was informed that the photo session had to be canceled due to the weather. Our photo sessions take place on the beaches of Hawaii, so weather conditions play a critical role in our ability to provide the service safely and maintain the quality of the experience. When there are high winds or other unsafe or unsuitable conditions, we contact our guests and recommend rescheduling their session.
In this case, the guests chose not to reschedule, so the session had to be canceled. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. As a gesture of goodwill, we reached out and offered them a complimentary photo session.

Fabulous Pictures
The photographer worked with us, adjusting the time & place to meet our needs. The pictures he took came out fabulous.
I picked this package because it was a reasonable price for the sitting, better outdoor backgrounds (how can you go wrong anywhere in Hawaii???) than in any studio. Within days, we had 300+ high resolution edited image files that we now own.
We can share and/or have printed locally any combination of pictures & sizes. By we, I mean every one of our 15 family members in the pictures can do what they want with any combination of pictures that they want.

Professional Family Photos
We wanted to capture this extended family vacation to Maui and our photographer, Ryan, did a great job. He patiently took many photos of all of us and all different combinations of family members. We will treasure these photos and are so happy to have had them done. Highly recommend!

Very Friendly and understanding!
Great experience with Ana 🌺 She was very patient with us as my 2 year old wanted to run around everywhere, she took great shots of my family though. Sunset photos came out beautifully, a bit windy but I loved it thank you again!
