Review This is one of the worst tour I have ever been on in Japan. Keep this Chinese tour company away from Japan. Arrived at 7:30 to have trouble finding which one of the 7 tour guide was our tour guide. All from the same company with the same flag. 8:00 had to hear the tour guide argue with a client out loud because her Chinese friends couldn’t be responsible enough to be on time. 8:15 left finally to go pick up other clients in shinjuku. 8:30 arrived at shinjuku to pick up the clients LATE and had to wait another 15mins for the Chinese girl to wait for her friend that is now going to shinjuku to meet the tour bus, surprise! They did not show. Bus is as old as can be, doesn’t lean back. Terribly old cushion. Definitely Chinese quality. Arrived at strawberry farm on time to pick, eat, and left after 30mins. Then drove to shuzenji to eat lunch and tour the town. 1hr for lunch, 10mins for temple, and 30mins to go walk around. Another 45mins to drive to jogasaki coast, beautiful coast, we were given 30mins to go there look around and back. And everything is closing up at 16:00, we arrived at 15:50, and was told to be back into the bus at 16:20. Again 30mins. The worst part wasn’t this, the worst part was when the bus driver, wouldn’t turn on the ac when you have 18 passengers on a tiny bus, it gets hot. Asked twice. Again, this is a CHINESE driver! You’ll know why in a moment. Usually drive back to Tokyo is about 3-4 hours with some traffic, this driver wanted to SAVE 1,000 yen so he took the LONG route on a cramp bus that couldn’t recline and kept turning non stop because we didn’t take the highway. Imagine bobble heads in a sauna and sitting upright because the chair can’t lean. ALSO how did I know he saved money by taking the long route? Because the toll guy priced him at 2500 yen to Tokyo, but he said it was crazy and wouldn’t pay, so he had to get off at Atami going to Tokyo instead. A usual ride from jogasaki coast to atami is roughly 30mins. We left at 4:30, at the time I am writing this, it is 6:30 and we still haven’t gotten on the highway. What’s normally a 3-4 hr ride is now 4-6. Again! I can’t stress this enough! THIS IS NOT A JAPANESE TOUR, this is a CHINESE TOUR! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! Even if they pay me, I wouldn’t take this tour again!
