Koto our tour guide was very concerned of his clients needs and made sure that they were having a fantastic time.

Tour very good and interesting We did feel rushed from place to place and the driver drove above the speed limit on a few occasions Vehicle could have been uncomfortable if it was full but luckily we were able to spread out

Mila was the best she was very knowledgeable and helped us make sure we were taken care of the whole time

Great way to see Mt Fuji. We did not see it snow cap as we went in August but the views somewhere where we stopped so beautiful recommend trying a black egg. Our tour guide, Wan, was very informative. Not only does she keep in touch, but she felt us understand. How navigate to take the bullet train back..

Ko made our experience incredibly fun and memorable! He was an amazing guide who shared great historical information, kept us laughing with his jokes, and made the entire day enjoyable. The only challenges we experienced were things that were outside of Ko’s control. Due to traffic, we only had about 10 minutes at Mt. Fuji. If our lunch reservation had been a little later, it would have been nice to have more time on the mountain. There were also so many tours at the cable car that it took about an hour to get back down, but again, that was completely out of Ko’s hands. Despite those challenges, Ko did everything he could to make our experience special. He even took pictures of our whole family together at Mt. Fuji, giving us wonderful memories that we’ll be able to cherish. Thank you, Ko, for being such a fantastic guide and for making our trip so much fun! We highly recommend him!

Ko was a great guide! The tour was very fun and you get to see both Fuji and the surrounding area! Highly recommend booking the package with the lunch and boat ride!

Took this trip with Ko as our guide. He was very efficient, friendly, and answered all questions. I would be aware of two things though: the weather (which can hide Mt Fuji as it did today) , and booking this on the weekend (very long waits for the cable car). Otherwise, Ko is highly recommended, he made me feel very taken care of as a solo traveler!

Wonderful tour. Jack was a great guide. Went to the Mt Fuji, took the boat ride, ate delicious lunch and got to shop. Took bus to location and bullet train back. I recommend the bus because seats are very confortable!

Really bad planning and adjusting the itinerary, I demand a partial refund. We only got to one place (geopark) and the rest of the itinerary was cancelled due to traffic. I understand the traffic can be unpredictable but the itinerary should’ve been adjusted differently. What kind of Mount Fuji tour skips the stops involving Mount Fuji?
