After looking at many Clarksons Farm and Cottswolds Day trip options from London i chose this one and am so glad I did.
It was worth paying a touch more for the private tour which offered a hybrid option with both Clarksons farm locations as well as popular Cottswolds spots.
Our tour guide Christopher was a self confessed history nut who shared his extensive knowledge of the Cottswolds and was happy to work with us to cover places we specifically wanted to go as well as offering options he considered worth while.
A bonus was Christopher is an ex producer with Top Gear so he had the bonus of extra knowledge of Clarkson and TG crew and entertained us with many fun stories of their antics.
The vehicle a Mercedes passenger van was very comfortable for the long day out and Christopher collected us from our Zone 1 London hotel as well as dropped up back.
I am glad I hadn't booked anything for that night as it is a generous full day fillled with exploring, fun facts, light walking, and photo opportunities.
We especially enjoyed having a drink at Clarksons Hawkstone Brewery and Farm Shop. Thank you Christopher for a fabulous your!

Highly recommend this fantastic hybrid Cotswolds & Clarksons Farm tour
We had a fantastic day out with our guide Christopher touring the Cotswolds and various Clarkson Farm sites. We were picked up from our London hotel in a very comfortable Mercedes passenger van. Christopher is a self confessed history nut who has also lived in the Cotswolds so his knowledge of the area and our day out was very in depth.
As we booked a private tour we were able to tweak the day based on Christopher's experience and suggestions.
We especially enjoyed Christopher's stories from his time spent with the Top Gear cast and crew which overlapped with Clarksons Farm local stories. It is a long day filled with sights and stops so I am glad I didn't plan anything for our evening back in London. This is a must do tour and definitely worth the price.

Fantastic experience with a highly knowledgeable tour guide
Excellent experience! Tour guide was extremely knowledgeable, professional and delightful to be around. This tour was the highlight of our 12 day trip across England. Tour experience was well thought out and the attention to detail was impressive. Thank you for your hospitality, Christopher….we had a fabulous time! Fantastic
Christopher was amazing and provided us with the best experience we could have had. He was engaged in conversation with the entire family and confidently answered the questions of the kids and adults in our group. He is knowledgeable and his professional background make made him the absolute best tour guide we could have asked for to lead our tour of Clarkson’s farm and the associated areas of the Cotswolds. The van he shuttled us in was also first class travel to and from the Cotswolds.

Perfect Day for Doing a Thing!
This was a perfect tour! Christopher was such a great guide and he made the entire day so enjoyable! Excellent high quality vehicle and he was a very safe driver, even stopping for coffee along the way! He was so knowledgable and has incredible first hand experience with Jeremy so it was quite interesting to hear his stories. It was the hottest day on record in UK and he made sure we were comfortable in the AC and had water. 5 star tour and we would certainly recommend this to anyone looking to enjoy a day in the Cotswolds. (Ps - have the potato salad at Chequers Pub if you stop)

An Amazing Day Exploring the Cotswolds
We had the most incredible day on the Clarkson’s Farm / Cotswolds tour, made even more special by our driver, David.
His passion for the Cotswolds was truly second to none. From the moment we set off, it was clear how much he genuinely loves the area, and that energy carried throughout the entire day. While the tour was centred around Clarkson’s Farm, David went above and beyond, sharing so much additional knowledge about the Cotswolds and pointing out hidden gems we would never have discovered on our own.
He struck the perfect balance between informative and relaxed, making the experience feel personal rather than just a standard tour. You can tell he’s not just doing a job, he really cares about creating a memorable experience.
We thoroughly enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend this tour, especially if you’re lucky enough to have David as your driver.
