This is a brilliant way to spend 90 minutes...my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Even though we live in Reading and visit London often, we learnt a great deal about our capital city, which looks great at night. Gee?, the guide was excellent as was Steve, the driver. I would recommend this tour to anybody especially, perhaps. visitors who are only spending a short time in London...you'll see a great deal in a short space of time!
Arrived early to pick up location, saw a rep from Golden Tours and asked if we were waiting in front of the correct bus for the 7pm tour. I was told I was too early and when I asked when we'd be able to board he was rude and indicated it was 645 and that he was speaking English and walked away. He was rude and ignorant when I was only asking a question. The guide approached us shortly after and asked if we were their for 7 pm tour and were led to believe we were in front of the correct bus. As we started to line up to enter bus we had been waiting early for, the man and guide were at a bus up the way and he had motioned others to come leaving us at the end of the line and resulting in getting horrible seats for the tour. The windows weren't clean either, and it was a dry day so no reason that a guided tour bus should have dirty windows. The trip was not worth the $ spent and given the horrible treatment we received I would never recommend this company to tour with. If we could have gotten our $ back after being treated rudely, we wouldn't have gone.
What other Travelers should know about my experience. Well it was awful the worst tour of ever had in my life especially like the point where he points down like an alley and says see down there where you need to look as we drive by. The announcer was incoherent even though I was only two or three feet from him the speaker system was terrible he rambled on without clear concise diction. I got nothing out of this tour except for cold.

Such a fun experience with a great guide. Seeing all of London in 1.5 hours from a double-decker bus was exactly what we were looking for. Very knowledgeable tour and the guide was amazing. Great way to see the city!
After our overnight flight this is a good way to see the sights lit up. Easy, no traffic, no walking.
The tour guide was awesome - he had the perfect mixture of knowledge and humor and got to see so much of London. I'd highly recommend this to anyone in the future!

Great experience, great communication and location for starting and ending. Local to everything in the area. My only suggestion would be to clean the windows in the section in the front that is covered so its not so smudged when viewing. But that's a minor details. The operator was knowledgeable and funny made it alot of fun. Great for all kinds of groups.
