1873年に設立されたオールド・ロイヤル・ネイビー・カレッジは、国連教育科学文化機関（ユネスコ）によって「卓越した普遍的価値」と「イギリス諸島で最も美しく、最もドラマチックな敷地の建築と景観のアンサンブル」と評されたロンドンのグリニッジにあるユネスコ世界遺産マリタイム・グリニッジの壮大なセンターピースとして機能している。

I was travelling for this tour from outside London, planning to be at the tour nearly 30 minutes ahead of the designated tour stat time (8:30). Due to delays, I unfortunately missed my connection and there was a 40-minute gap between trains, so I would arrive to the bus several minutes late. I phoned the company at 7:18 (over an hour before the start) letting them know and asking them if they could please wait for me. They said the bus could not wait, but advised me to go to the Golden Tours Victoria Visitor Centre at 7 Belgrave road instead. At the visitor centre, the supervising manager Richan (sp?) was extremely rude and condescending. He tried to give me a fake name “Joe”, refused to give me his full name after I asked several times, refused to give me the contact details for somebody above him who could potentially help me, refused to give me information on how to file a complaint, and joked that I could call or email the main office, but that email/phone call would come back to him. In the end he said he would send me a confirmation that I could use 50% of the cost I paid towards a new booking, and even noted my email address for that purpose, but (surprise, surprise) never sent me anything. I understand that the tour company isn’t responsible for delays of the public transport system, but (1) I would expect a reputable company to provide a reasonable accommodation for situations outside of the client’s control, and (2) adding insult to injury when a client is asking for help to resolve an issue was completely unnecessary. I’m extremely disappointed and do not recommend this tour operator to anyone.
Tour cancelled by tour company day before leaving. Called them , they will refund my money. Need to check on that when I get home.

Excellent value and wonderful long and varied day. Highly recommended. Big thanks to our fabulous guide Dan who took great care of us and driver Duma. Dan has a wealth of knowledge abouf the places we visited and passed along the way and told great stories to brng the history to life. The communications from Golden Tours prior to the day were clear and helpful especially the detailed description of how to find the coach at the beginning of the day. I knew exactly where i was going with no last minute panics. Thank you!

It was a fun day! Our Tour Guide was Oscar that day, and forgive me, but I don't recall the Driver, but both of them were awesome! Oscar was a conscientious and knowledgeable, looking after us as we had an unexpected delay at Leeds that day as there was a car event going on unbeknownst to all. But, it worked out just fine! our Driver was kind, as well, and a safe driver at that. There was another sort of delay with the Uber Boat, but again, Oscar was SO kind and it was out of his power to control. Honestly, the day was a very good day and we are happy we got to attend this tour! We got to see a great deal of some beautiful places that we otherwise could not have done readily on our own.
