Everything went very well. The Enterprise very punctual, clear instructions.
In my rating, the ride is very long and therefore it gets a little run. Even so, it is possible to visit the essential of the destinations.

Amazing tour
"Absolutely loved our tour with Golden Tours! Highly recommend it to everyone. Our guide, Bruce, was fantastic, so knowledgeable and passionate, making every moment interesting. The bus driver, Kay, was incredibly friendly and accommodating too. We explored stunning Windsor Castle, the charming city of Bath, and the awe-inspiring Stonehenge, all completely worth it and unforgettable experiences!"

A day well spent!
The trip was amazing, beautiful sites and enough time allocated to each destination. Our tour guide (Bruce) and driver (Kiren) were excellent.

Great guide and Driver
Our guide Bruce and our driver Tony were excellent. Bruce was very knowledgeable and helpful and Tony was amazing on those narrow roads. Excellent job guys

Oliverio and Antonio were our guide and driver respectively and made it FABULOUS!!
The tour is well designed with respect to the sites to visit, but there is no time to eat and the time on the sites is reduced. The only place we visited calmly was Salisbury Cathedral. From there the rest; Stonehedge and Windsor Castle we had to do it with some haste.

A great day trip with golden tours

very close to a scam
I usually do not give a negative review but in this case I have to do it. I would say Golden Tours Uk is very close to a scam. I had a horrible experience with Golden Tours. First they cancelled my tour just one day in advance and offered me another tour that was totally different. This new offered was sold for much cheaper price and they said they will refund the remaining amount which they have not done for more than 2 months. They consistently lie in their emails and blame Covid for not issuing me the refund. I don't understand what Covid got to do with the refund. According to them the transactions are slow due to Covid. When we went on the Tour. The tour guide was not nice at all. He was very rude and give us the feeling that the is the boss. It was not fun at all listening to his random life stories. He told everyone in a very rude way every time that come at this time or we will just leave you there. This tour was just horrible. It was like the tour guide is the shepherd and we are his sheeps. Most of his information were wrong about the places. He knew very little about the places and he even gave random wrong information that had nothing to do with the tour like Queen of England owns 40% of the world land or JK Rowling is richer than Bill Gates etc. He was very annoying and at the end of the tour he insisted on tips and it made us very comfortable! I would say avoid golden tour. It is not only the tour guide it is the whole company. Golden tours is pretty close to a scam! The reversation team, the tour guide and the customer service team very very close to a scam.

Many thanks for taking the time to write a review and then sending us the booking reference number so that we could investigate the issues you have raised further.
We did indeed have to take the very difficult decision to cancel your tour, three days before the planned departure date. This is very rare and never something that we want to do.
The tour would indeed have been fulfilled by us at Golden Tours, however you booked via a 3rd party agent, that same agent processed the payment. Therefore, they needed to refund you the amount between the tour you booked and the tour you took. This is where you encountered a delay.
I can see from the notes in your booking that we contacted the agent on your behalf for the refund to be processed asap, however we were unable to do anymore because we were not holding your money.
Your comments re the content of the tour are not what we are seeing from the many reviews we have on TripAdvisor. We will raise the comments with the tour guide as we maintain the highest standards when conducting tours.
Once again, many thanks for raising these issues and apologises for the issues you encountered.
