ロンドン発オックスフォード、ストラトフォード、コッツウォルズ＆ウォリック城ツアー

Our all day tour to Warwick castle, Stratford-Upon-Avon, and then Oxford, was conducted by Oliver Twisted and Rapi (the driver). Both these distinguished gentlemen were amazing and Oliver's sense of humor had grinning the entire time. Both ran a great tour, one getting us from place to place efficiently and safely, and the other being very informative with local history and other tidbits of information, some of which served very useful, particularly for London. I highly recommend taking a tour from Oliver and Rapi and I would again if I had the chance. I feel bad I couldn't tip because I don't carry cash, but they both deserved it. Delightful all day tour with guide Oscar and bus driver Lucian. Timely pick up and drop off. Professional and organized tour. Just enough time at each location. Oscar friendly, clear, thorough, and my guess is that he added even more information than standard. Lucian a safe, expert driver. Would use this company again.

Okay-to address a couple of things other people have complained about: 1) They're pretty clear that you won't stop in the Cotswolds in the description, and that's right-you won't. People complained about that on our tour, but that's on them for not reading. If that's important to you, pick another tour. 2) The tour guide took some people to task for being late, but he was VERY clear about times they needed to be back, and honestly-they WERE late. I had no problem with him being mad as the whole bus was mad at them for it, even if it was "only" about 8 minutes late. That being said, this is not a good tour. The tour guide Oliver did not engage at all on the Cotswolds leg of the tour; he did not point out photo opportunities as we were driving through, seemed unengaged with why this is unique/interesting, or really talk about this part of the trip. Without that, it was difficult to really get much out of the Cotswolds even if the description clearly stated we wouldn't stop for photos. Oxford, though, we DID stop, but his very quick walk through the city felt blasé with seeing the sites, never really letting people have time for pictures or actually guide us through it. We had an hour to walk around afterward, but we didn't have any idea of how to get around. We wanted to see the cathedral, but we had no idea how to get to it after a quick walking tour of the city, and ended up only being greeted by gates so we never even got to see it as Oxford is tricky to navigate without help (hence why we booked this tour). It was deeply frustrating; he also didn't share where any of the public bathrooms were (just a bathroom you had to buy dinner to use). Warwick was really fun, and Stanford was fine (if rushed), but the other two were so bad, and honestly given most people can only afford to do this once in a lifetime given the expense, this is not the tour to go on if you're on a trip where it's a dream to see these places, specifically given the risk of a bad guide.

Very disappointed with Golden Tours. The Warwick Castle tour was extremely rushed, and the guide was unnecessarily rude and disrespectful. Guests were made to feel embarrassed over a minor delay, which was completely disproportionate and lacked basic courtesy. The Cotswolds was also not shown, despite being mentioned in the written/WhatsApp communication when the tour was booked. What should have been an enjoyable day turned into a stressful and upsetting experience. Unfortunately, the overall experience was far below expectations.

The trip was wonderful, and our tour guide Oliver was funny and knowledgeable, and our driver Kieran was excellent. The only thing that keeps it from five stars is the fact that the title is misleading. We do not stop at Cotswolds, but only drive by it, which I was not aware of. I believe it’s a bit misleading to add it to the title and not stop there, when we stopped at all the other places listed. Why even add it to the title if it’s not an actual part of the trip??

The tour told it goes to Cotswold and title is written as well but doesn’t stop at the Cotswold , giving people false information and doing wrong marketing . Waste of money . The tour guide is nice but The driver is rude and not understanding

Oliver and Karen did an amazing job with transport and the historical knowledgeable of the places we visited. We would recommend this tour when touring outside of London. There is alot to see so time is of the essence!

Nice day trip to see many places via coach from London. Oliver was humorous and knowledgeable about the locations including their history and some lesser known facts. He kept the group moving quickly to stay on time. I appreciated that he was conscientious about explaining local norms to everyone in our tour group to not be bothersome. Our driver Patrick was safe and efficient in getting us to many places in one day.
