Irresponsible "DXB Buggies +971 50 3964233" has wasted a day! He did not follow up my half-month ago confirmed desert trip, no one came to the hotel on the day of departure to pick up our family, we gave him a call, what’s app, said will follow up, then disappeared, no message back! We waited in the hotel lobby for 2 hours, and finally it was empty waiting for no response!
Our guide Mr Hazrat has simply been AMAZING. Everything ran smoothly during the planning phase: from pickup, to activities, dinner and final drop off back home. It’s sure a packed day (count from around 2-3 pm, until 9-10 pm) but we felt like there was just the right time to do everything !! – quad ride, camels, sand surfing & dune driving, dinner and show. The car used was clean and comfortable, the tour guide prepared and knowledgeable, we felt safe from the beginning until the end. We definitely made some beautiful memories and I have already recommended this tour to family and friends visiting dubai for their first time! Simply thank you.
The Overall Glimpse of the tour was amazing,The way the managed the experience really unforgettable🙂🙂! Will See you again.
Thank you Intisar for leaving the feedback.
