From your description, it seems you were taken directly to the ferry pier and returned shortly after, which is not our programme. We understand your frustration, but this service was provided by a different company. For an organised, value-for-money day out — exactly as advertised — we recommend booking directly with Nofrills Excursions via our website or shop. Thank you for your review. We're sorry the tour didn’t go ahead as planned — we understand how disappointing that can be during your holiday. However, we want to clarify a couple of points for accuracy. Although conditions may seem calm from the beach, once you leave the shelter of the bay, the sea can become rough and unsafe, especially around Cap de Formentor. Safety is always the captain’s top priority, and decisions to cancel are never taken lightly or arbitrarily. The cancellation was communicated via Viator’s internal message system, which is the platform used for official notifications. Please make sure to check your Viator messages, including spam or promo folders, as communication is always sent there in these cases. As for the refund, Viator handles that directly and automatically once a tour is cancelled — we recommend following up with their support if you haven’t yet received confirmation. Die Route führt regulär bis zum Leuchtturm von Formentor – dies ist der letzte erlaubte Punkt für die meisten Bootstouren in der Region, da es aufgrund der Küstenschutzregelungen nicht möglich ist, um das gesamte Cap herumzufahren. Was die Dauer betrifft: Bei starkem Sommerbetrieb oder besonderen Umständen kann es zu kleineren zeitlichen Abweichungen kommen, insbesondere bei Ein- und Ausstiegsstopps. Wir versuchen stets, die Zeiten so genau wie möglich einzuhalten und danken für Ihr Verständnis.
