Our guide was very knowledgeable, entertaining and made it fun for our kids! We enjoyed every step and would go back for more!

We asked guide Jeanine to focus on the local architecture and she gave us a highly detailed tour on that aspect of Old Town. She led us through the most interesting areas that are off the typical tourist path. She explained the details & history of various architectural styles found in the neighborhood. It was a memorable tour.

Marta did not turn up. We waited 20 minutes at the meeting point. No apology, nothing. We contacted Viator who refunded quickly but again, no apology

Peter was excellent. You will love this tour. He goes at your pace.! The reason is Fivestars isn’t because of peter it’s because we were not told the port is almost 5 miles from the meeting point so you need to take two cabs if you have a child need to make sure that you have a Cab big enough for your stroller So if the company is reading this, please tell Cruise passengers that they need to get 2 to 3 calves depending on the size of their group to get to the meeting point! That would’ve been nice to know before we started out on a 1 mile track before hailing Cabs with an 18 month old

Pete was fabulous, extremely knowledgeable on history and entertaining personality. Pete took pictures for us and was attentive to explaining the architecture and culture.

Our original guide called in sick. New guide offered non-private option or cancelation. Chose to go. Our guide was extremely prepared and very interesting. At conclusion we were left with good direction on how to continue on our own. Good experience.

I was excited for this tour having been to palma several times and done my own exploring as well as a segway tour I was hoping for something different. Our guide had some good local info of the old buildings and quarters etc but we paid for the cathedral to be included on the tour but turns out this does not mean a tour of the cathedral. Our tour therefore was only approx 2 hours and then we were left to walk around the cathedral on our own

Very knowledgeable guide, could answer all our questions about the history of Palma and Mallorca, as well as show us the hidden historical gems that other tourists easily miss.

A thoroughly enjoyable and informative morning learning a lot about Palma. Peter is an engaging host who was keen to ensure we drew the specifics we wanted from the tour. Highly recommended.
