I had an incident in the permission to reach the audio and they did not know how to help, I lost all morning trying to fix it but they did not provide help, I lost the amount despite having notified the incident 20 minutes from the scheduled time. I'm still waiting for an explanation.
Hola, Como discutimos con el soporte de Viator, intentamos ayudarle de cualquier manera posible y respondimos a su mensaje de correo electrónico en 10 minutos. Sin embargo, nunca nos respondiste mientras estabas fuera de casa, a pesar de tener todos los correos electrónicos y chats grabados. También revisamos el problema y no encontramos ningún problema con el recorrido que compraste. Tal vez la próxima vez, deberías revisar los detalles más a fondo y entender mejor el concepto básico de usar un recorrido autoguiado. Es similar a revisar un coche que no arranca cuando no puedes girar la llave. El soporte de Viator incluso te reembolsó parcialmente, a pesar de que no había nada malo con el recorrido.

Alternatively, it is possible that there is a fundamental issue with the technology underlying the entire experience. To our knowledge, you are the first customers to encounter difficulties using the system. In contrast, all previous customers, both in-store and self-guided tours, have not encountered any problems. Initially, we received an email inquiring about the location of the person who would accompany you on the tour. We clarified that it was a digital self-guided tour. However, you were unable to download the app following the provided instructions. We attempted to provide various forms of support through at least four support emails. To avoid misleading potential customers who are proficient in using smartphones, we kindly request that you review the type of tour before booking. Additionally, please ensure that you are familiar with using a phone.
The company is very nice and helpful however the guide works when you reach something on its list. After seeing a site, it doesn't tell you which direction to go. We wound up wandering aimlessly. We only heard about 6 sites. I guess you get what you pay for

About the directions, they're based on your location and as the Tour app is not a navigation one, it doesn't tell you where to go, but it knows where you are so, instead, there is a blue line showing the path, that tells you the direction to take, and an arrow pointing to the direction of the lines is seen double clicking the location icon. Also, it is possible to hit the "Directions" button that opens your navigation App, such as Apple Maps, Google Maps, Waze or any installed on your phone, and you can promptly get to the destination.
