The staff are very friendly and helpful. I thought that the price for the tour was a bit on the expensive side.
The guide was very polite and even offered us a lift in his private car after we returned to Sarajevo.
Only negative: The guide on the hike was not very knowledgable and did not share much information and a couple of times seemed unsure of which way to go.
