Great transport option. Driver picked us up right on time, had a sign with our names so it was easy to find him and helped with luggage. Very flexible and responsive too when I had to reschedule our pickup due to flight delay. Would absolutely recommend.
Absolutely perfect. Everything went simply and smoothly. Good communication and a pleasant driver who had a good grasp of the situation. Worth it!
Great service! They were waiting for me at the arrivals area as planned and made this a great start to my trip. Thank you!!!
Our driver was waiting for us with a clear sign as we exited baggage claim. He was kind, helpful, and an effective driver. We would definitely use these services again!
Easy and convenient, good communication as well as a careful and helpful driver. I'd use this service again.
Good service, arrived on time, drove well and friendly & helpful service. Would recommend this service.
Very easy to use and right on time for pickup. Nice after long day of travel. Would book again with company
Great and efficient experience! Pick up was punctual and smooth. Highly recommend if traveling with family to the area.
My husband and I hired a private transfer from Belgrade to Sarajevo. Our driver guide Alem was above our expectations! He was super communicative, told many details of Bosnian culture and even gave us tips on restaurants in the city of Sarajevo! We had 4 stops on the journey and it was wonderful to know more about Serbia and Bosnia! As he said, Bosnia is to feel (not just to see!). Super recommend!
Our driver was waiting at arrivals, he was brilliant so polite and professional. He was a young student who drove impeccably he was such a friendly person and he gave us a great insight into life in Sarajevo and BiH. On time, polite friendly and knowledgeable a great first impression of BiH. I would highly recommend this service Our flight was 8.30 in the evening so really didn't want to try out a new public transport system. Very glad we chose this service.
