Got to Cancun airport and our transfer with Viator was no good

I need to get a refund I did not get my transfer after paying and getting vouchers The nexus company you scheduled us with did not have any record of our transfer and they said that Viator had not paid them any money and they had no record of any reservation or any transfer for us. I showed them my voucher. I talked to them for 20 minutes. They said they could not take us anywhere because Vidor had not booked through them. We had to find another taxi at the airport and get our own transportation to the ferry because you booked our transfer to playa Mujeres and I told the agent we had to go to the ferry to get to Cozumel and they said that was the transfer. Actually, the transfer is to playa Del Carmen. And Nexus doesn't even go there. . I am still in Mexico, but will be home tomorrow and will be calling via tour because we need a refund because their transfer was no good and we did not get a transfer through Viator so it was a disaster at the airport

Horrible experience

There is nothing like going on vacation and being stranded in the airport and someone always telling you not to go with someone you don’t know but the company you booked being of no assistance telling you that the reservation had not been booked —They weren’t expecting you OR they had no ride for… in the HEAT !! I started recording one of the employees and then all of a sudden they were able to find a ride… I missed enjoying lunch with my family as all of the restaurants were closed when I finally arrived and checked in and about three hours of my vacation … i always ays book excursions and transportation through via tour, but never again with this company nexus to tours!!!

Great Experience & Excursions at the Royalton Riviera Cancun!

Our family had a great experience this Christmas Holiday for our vacation from Toronto to Royalton Riviera Cancun in Mexico! We had the pleasure of staying there for 7 days in sunny beach weather. The service was amazying and we really enjoyed their hospitality. We like to personally thank our Nexus Tours agent Mario Coba for doing an outstanding job at booking us in and getting us on our excursions! Kudos!

Isla mujures day

I was lucky to have Diego from Nexus Tours as our representative, and we were truly impressed by his professionalism and kindness. He always took great care of us, taking the time to answer our questions, give us helpful advice, and make sure we had the best experience possible. He even managed to get us a reduced rate for our activity, which we really appreciated! We also loved how attentive he was to our feedback and how available he made himself. Absolutely worthless service

I want to express my disappointment with Nexus for leaving my wife and me stranded without transportation back to the airport. Despite making multiple trips to another lobby within the resort to arrange a ride, Alfredo and Julio offered no assistance. Instead of genuinely helping, they falsely assured us that a pickup was confirmed for our departure day. On our final day, no driver showed up. When the resort called Nexus, they claimed they had been there—but this was completely false, as my wife and I had been waiting in the lobby for 45 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. Nexus, Alfredo, and Julio, I sincerely hope that your family and friends experience the same level of service from future companies as we did from yours. This was an unacceptable failure in customer service, and I would not recommend Nexus to anyone. And please do not write back stating how sorry you are, it is meaningless and not sincere.

Waited 1/2-3/4 hour...

Waited 1/2-3/4 hour before departing from airport to hotel/resort. Driver very friendly and got us to destination safely

Very disappointed

We traveled to and from the airport to Excellence Playa Mujeres on August 9 and August 15 with Nexus Tours. We had no issue with our travel getting to the resort at the beginning of our trip, our driver was very safe, our ride was well air-conditioned, and we only had to wait about 25 minutes before we left the airport to get to our resort. I wish we didn’t have to wait because we were hungry, but that was on us, we booked the group rate, whatever. This was NOT the case for our return trip to the airport. Our driver did pick us up promptly at 10:30 am at our resort as requested. That was about the only thing that went well on our return trip. The van was not well air-conditioned at all, and more importantly the driver did not seem to know how to use the manual gear shifting as it was obviously an older vehicle and was driving so erratically that he almost got in multiple car accidents on the way there. My boyfriend was in the front passenger seat and was almost hit by another car due to his difficulty in staying in the lane. I was in the middle row of seats of the van, and his erratic driving also made me so carsick, even with taking a Dramamine 20 minutes before getting in the car, that I had to throw up once we finally got to the airport. We had a wonderful trip, however this experience was literally the only bad part and we were quite disappointed by it. We emailed Nexus the day after we got back to voice our concerns and they did respond saying they would look into it and to give them 7 business days. After waiting the 7 business days and not hearing anything we emailed again to follow up and they said they looked into it and apologized for it. They offered us $25 for a future tour/transfer with them, which frankly won’t even cover the cost of the return trip for us, and I’m weary to book with the company again, even if it would be at another location. We instead asked for a refund for half of what we paid to cover the return trip. They denied our request for a partial refund as “even though the service did not fulfill the appropriate quality expectations, it was still provided and therefore a refund would not be authorized in accordance with our terms of service when you booked with us. We understand this is not the outcome expected, which is why we have offered the promocode as a goodwill gesture for the inconvenience caused.” I understand that nobody really reads the terms of service that closely, but it feels ridiculous that because we got you from point A to point B and you didn’t die in the process, you can’t get even a partial refund even though there were safety issues and you literally made me sick.

Relaxation week

Ot was a nice clean beach, nice people who were friendly , good weather for the most part and the sun and heat was a big change , good staff who cleaned our rooms well and were on time, clean place overall, good bar service too.
