Convenient, but the time management needs to be reviewed
We participated in the "DAILY TOUR MURANO, BURANO and TORCELLO from SANTA LUCIA STATION" on September 18th, and we chose it mainly for its logistical convenience, as it is located about a 25-minute walk from the Tronchetto parking lot. The experience overall was good, but the schedule could be optimized much better.
The time management at the individual stops is a bit unbalanced:
Murano: 3 hours was definitely too much.
Burano: Only 1 hour, really too little to calmly enjoy the village and its famous colorful houses.
Torcello: Just 40 minutes, with the additional disappointment of finding the Basilica closed (probably for restoration work).
In conclusion, by reducing the stop in Murano in favor of Burano and Torcello, the tour would have been definitely more pleasant and complete.

L'itinerario è organizzato in modo da permettere ai partecipanti di conoscere le caratteristiche e le tradizioni di tutte e tre le isole, e la sosta a Murano comprende anche la visita alla vetreria e alla dimostrazione della lavorazione del vetro, che rappresenta una parte importante dell'esperienza.
Ci dispiace invece che il tempo a disposizione a Burano e Torcello le sia sembrato insufficiente.
Per quanto riguarda la Basilica di Torcello, eventuali chiusure dovute a lavori o esigenze straordinarie possono purtroppo verificarsi e non dipendono dall'organizzazione del tour.
Apprezziamo comunque il suo suggerimento sulla distribuzione delle soste: il feedback dei nostri ospiti è importante per valutare come rendere l'esperienza sempre più equilibrata e piacevole.

It wasn't very...
It wasn't very attractive, we stopped for a long time at the first stop, the second was somewhat good, while at the third we found everything closed.

Great excursion

Easy flowing trips to beautiful islands
i enjoyed the boat rides and all three islands are beautiful. I especially appreciate that you aren't being led around everywhere with a tour guide in your ear. Some may prefer that, but this is for people who like to explore on their own. More than ample time was spent on Murano (ca. 2-1/2 hours), about an hour on Burano, but only about 30 minutes on Torcello. By the time we walked into town, it was time to walk back to the boat.

Good way to spend an afternoon
Good way to spend an afternoon after walking around in venice. Burano has more food options although lunch stop was in Murano.

Good but uneven day out of central Venice
We liked Murano and Burano, but had little time to explore Torcello - only time to walk ten minutes, take a photo and walk back. Most everything was closed by then in Torcello. Maybe in future reduce the time in Murano?
Would also have liked to see lacemaking demo just as we saw glassblowing on Murano. Please show us the workmanship to justify the price.

Totally waste of time!
The boat itself is not fit for purpose! Not enough ventilation, it is a risk to consider on a 33 degrees Fahrenheit temperature!!! Two people who is manning the boat, a gentleman who is on the boat steering wheel & a women who is doing all the talking for the benefit of all the passengers on board, but my friend & I could hardly understand her on what is she talking about in English.

However, we would like to clarify that we do not agree with the statements regarding the boat being “not fit for purpose” or posing a safety risk due to the temperature. The boat is fully suitable for the service provided and is operated in accordance with the required safety standards. Ventilation and passenger comfort are also taken into consideration during the service.
Regarding the crew, both members have clearly defined roles: the captain is responsible for safely operating the boat, while the other crew member provides information and assistance to passengers. We are sorry if you found some of the commentary difficult to understand, but we would like to stress that our staff make every effort to communicate clearly with all passengers.
We appreciate your feedback and will certainly take it into consideration, but we also feel it is important to clarify these points so that the situation is represented accurately.

Murano, Burano Torcello with Vidali Group
July 27, 2026. Murano, Burano, Torcello trip. Small boat, completely enclosed. Too crowded. There is no air and it is not possible to see the lagoon from the outside. It feels like being on the water bus. If I had known sooner, I would have chosen another company.
