DO NOT BOOK! THE WORST ACTIVITY! Incorrect meeting location: Upon payment and confirmation, I was told that the exact meeting location would be sent to me. I followed the address provided in the email only to find out that it was incorrect. Our Uber had to reroute to another place after I contacted you on WhatsApp and was informed that the real meeting point was at the stable. This wasted both time and money for the Uber, creating unnecessary stress and frustration. Absent staff and broken promises: When we finally arrived, only one person named Yousif was present. The captain, Faisal, who confirmed by phone that he would be there waiting for us, was nowhere to be found. This lack of coordination is completely unprofessional. Incomplete booking delivery: We booked and paid for 3 participants — which clearly means 3 horses were expected — yet we were given only 2 horses, forcing us to take turns. On top of that, it made the ride duration shorter than the one hour advertised and paid for. False advertising regarding safety equipment: Your inclusion package specifically mentions that helmets would be provided. Shockingly, no safety equipment was available at all. When I contacted Faisal about this, he claimed helmets are only for professional riders. This is both ridiculous and dangerous! Are beginners not worthy of basic safety measures? Your promotional claims about safety equipment are therefore misleading and deceptive. Overall, this activity was a complete failure. The misleading information, lack of professionalism, and failure to provide what was paid for have caused considerable inconvenience and frustration.

Joud al Arab stables impressed with how the horses were looked after, alert , curious and well fed. Ibrahim my guide great hospitality and a true gentlemen. 365 adventures - Very disappointed and I believe tricked me into making this booking. As an experienced horse rider with many desert Expedition is under my belt I requested a private ride for an experienced rider requesting a minimum of two hours. Initially that wasn't a problem in fact I was even sent an itinerary. Shortly after I received a note to say as the weather was hot, the ride would be reduced to either 60 minutes or 90 minutes. As I had a three hour return journey, it didn't make sense to ride for just 60 minutes so before I booked I chose a day when I knew the weather would be cloudy and not as warm and requested a minimum of 90 minutes ride otherwise it didn't make sense. I was given every assurance that I would ride for 90 minutes and although I had a feeling that I was being sold to, I decided to trust 365 Adventures I booked not only the ride but also the transport. Unfortunately my initial worries came true, although the ride was pleasant it wasn't what I was promised and what I paid for. I was given every assurance that my agent would."look into this personally for me." but after several messages, I still haven't heard back and have put it down to never trusting this company ever again. It said that 365 Adventures booked these trips take your money and they don't deliver what they promised which is unacceptable and cannot be right. I know this company has many positive reviews but for me I feel really really letdown and cheated.

Jeddah, sunset, horseback riding in the Red Sea experience, solo female. The company that organizes the tour is very accommodating and helpful. I felt absolutely safe during the whole experience. As previous reviews mentioned correctly, the drive there is rough. There are a few things that I didn’t like, it’s quite an authentic experience. But watching the sunset is magical. Warm soft air, beautiful horses, and Red Sea!

Had a wonderful time @ Movenpick hotel Thalia Jeddah. Very supportive staff and managers. Specially I want to write Mr. Sanjay and Mr. Salahuddin name due to their hospitality service.

it was just a magical experience riding on the beautiful Arabian horse at sunset next to the red Sea. A very long way from the Indian Ocean also with the sunset coast where I’m from but so very welcoming.

This was one of the best experiences I have ever had traveling! The staff was incredibly accommodating and wonderful to communicate with. I accidentally booked the experience for the wrong city, and didn’t realize it until the night before. They quickly switched me to the correct city, Riyadh, and adjusted the time so the weather would be the best. I had an amazing ride, on a wonderful horse, in some of the most beautiful scenery. Their stables are immaculate and filled with happy horses. This was the highlight of my entire trip, and I look forward to visiting Saudi Arabia again and riding in all the other locations ❤️

I took the Riyadh experience. The stables are about 1 hour outside of Riyadh. A transfer was arranged for us and we paid for it. The views on the drive were great. Arizona Grandd Canyon ttype fomrations. I took the advanced ride. Horses were Arabian stallions. Yes, quite hot but setttled down after leaving stables area. Great ride and scenes in the desert.

The beach is dirty and the circuit is not good. The accces with a car is very complicated. I don’t recommend this activity

Experience was amazing, guide was very knowledge and helpful! Scenery was spectacular. This was the best experience I have had since living in Saudi Arabia for the last 6 months

The team was following up on all details including location. Captain Hashim was so nice and professional in his work, as beginners, learned a lot from him.
