There’s a great deal of walking uphill required in this excursion as well as a lot of standing around in the sun waiting on others. This is definitely NOT done as efficiently as it could be with the bus dropping you off and picking you up so far from the intended location

If doing this particular boat tour I wouldn’t add Ravello, it wasn’t worth the time we spend in the bus getting there. Overall the whole tour was rushed. We basically got 1hr or less at each stop which isn’t long if u want to actually enjoy it and not keep checking the time. You need to make your way up the hills and stairs at each place which also takes time even if your fit and if u want to grab an icecream or anything to eat it will cut it even shorter. Those that chose not to do Ravello got 3 hrs at Amalfi we were told we would have 2 but instead it was 45mins. The “Tour” part - just catch a ferry to Amalfi or Positano - enjoy it on your own time and catch a ferry back. **** take sea sick tablets -just encase, one lady was super sick on the way over and I believe missed the rest.

Basically a boat ride with 150 or so people to get from Point A to Point B. Amalfi and Positano are gorgeous areas and mind-blowing to view, but getting off the boat in each town is nothing special- a bunch of shops catering to tourism (gelato, souvenirs, restaurants, clothing).

Poor communication as far as where and when to go, etc. the group was to large in order to really appricate

The organization of the trip was excellent from pick up at hotel to go to port; the boat journey to each destination and information given by the rep was very informative.

This trip covered Positano, Ravello and Amalfi city. While we saw a lot doing all 3 was rushed and therefore not as enjoyable. It felt like more time was spent on a boat or shuttle getting from one point to another. In addition the boat was old and the air conditioning did not work very well. Maybe if it had been a bit longer it would have been better. The tour guides did their best to convey information about each stop and keep the tour moving.

Fun experience and nice tour guide overall. However, 3 hrs in Almafi was more than enough and 1 hour in Positano was not nearly enough so wish we would have done 2 hrs at each. If you are more interesting in Positano I suggest doing it separately. Bus driver to the port also randomly stopped the bus at one point and didn’t tell us what was going on which is a bit unnerving.
