Pros. Great guide and driver. Kept on time and stories kept ride interesting.
Rory and Beatrix were great! Beatrix did a great job driving us and Rory did a good job of balancing humor and facts. I honestly can’t pick just one highlight as the excursion was well planned. We had enough time to see and do the things you wanted to at each location. The walking tour was a great way to get a taste of Belfast and our guide for that was very knowledgeable and it was amazing hearing her experiences during the Troubles.
Overall, the scenery was beautiful, but the tour itself was disappointing. The biggest issue was the lack of useful information at the Giant's Causeway. The guide explained that there were two walking paths but never explained what each one offered, which path led to the iconic rock formations by the water, or how long it would take to climb down and explore them. That information would have made a huge difference in helping us make the most of our limited time. There also wasn't enough time to eat. On such a long day trip, I expected some consideration for lunch or dinner, but the schedule felt rushed with little opportunity to grab a proper meal. While the guide spoke throughout the journey, much of the commentary didn't add much value. I would have preferred more practical and informative guidance about the destinations we were visiting rather than filler commentary. The locations themselves were incredible, but the overall experience could have been much better with more thoughtful planning and more useful information from the guide.

We're sorry to hear that some aspects of the day did not meet your expectations. The visit to the Giant's Causeway is intentionally self-guided, allowing guests to explore at their own pace. All routes from the Visitor Centre lead to the Causeway, with clear signage throughout the site, and guests are free to choose the route that best suits their interests and mobility. That said, we appreciate your suggestion that more practical guidance on the different walking options could enhance the experience, and we will certainly share this with our guide team. We would also like to clarify that our itinerary includes over two hours at the Giant's Causeway, which is among the longest visits offered on day tours from Dublin. While we appreciate that everyone explores at a different pace, this is intentionally planned to give guests ample time to enjoy the site. Regarding meals, we include scheduled comfort stops during the day where guests have the opportunity to purchase food and refreshments. As this is a full-day tour covering a considerable distance, there is always a balance to be struck between travel time and time spent at each destination. Finally, we would like to thank you for not publicly identifying your guide. Constructive feedback is always welcome, but we believe it is important that any concerns are investigated fully before individuals are singled out. Dunluce Castle and the Giants Causway are breathtaking! The time is a little tight in Belfast, but the walking tour was educational and insightful
The tour guide, Brandon, was wonderful. He made jokes and entertained us with stories. He also pointed out sights as we drove along. The giants causeway should not be missed, simply beautiful. Our guide recommended the more difficult hike so we could see better views and if able I would recommend. You can take breaks along the way if needed. Dunlace castle was ruins but many great pictures, our family wished we had about 30 minutes more but we were able to see everything.
Our tour guide Steven is very informative and had a nice humour. While Krishna, our driver is a good driver and very approachable. I’ll recommend to do a tour with them. They’re the BEST!!

Giant’s Causeway is beautiful! My wife and I walked the red trail and back. Truly an amazing experience. Our tour guide and bus driver were very friendly and helpful.
Trip was so worth it! Got to explore so much within one day and we got lucky as the weather was perfect - sunny/partial clouds all day. One thing I would recommend is to ensure the guide at Belfast limits time to 1h so we have more time to explore the city. Our guide was nice and had a lot of info but it ended with only about 35 mins to explore which wasn't enough time.
