We had a fantastic day with Frank! His ability to pivot when the weather was not cooperating for the boat portion of our tour was extremely professional.

Driver was nice and each part of the tour was great. Our driver chatted a bit, but also understood that it was a long drive early in the morning and most of us were super tired. He gave the perfect amount of information on the areas were going to. Cliffs of Moher were beautiful and I totally loved seeing it from the water. A way different experience. The Ailwee caves was a nice change of pace and definitely an experience. Its a little more commercialized than im used to (with pathways and railings) but that's probably only because we have done cave exploring on our own before. Every tour guide was great though. (You'll have a different guide at each location)

We were at the meeting place 30 minutes early. Operator didn't show up. Viator said too late for a refund. We've use Viator for many years and have never had an issue.

We had a great time on the tour but we were not informed of an earlier start time so we were late. Driver was not happy with that but they waited and we were all able to enjoy the day.

This was a very long day with 7 hours total in driving. However the bus was comfortable and driver was wonderful. I have been to the cliffs before but this is the first time seeing them from a boat and it was AMAZING! If you are not hiring a car this was a great way to get to explore the cliffs. Only small issue I had was finding our bus, there were so many tour buses up and down the street! Just give yourself a little extra time to find your bus and then sit back and enjoy the scenery.

Our driver David was great very friendly and humorous! The tour was amazing and timed very well. Highly Recommend seeing the cliffs from the water and the top.

Our experience was wonderful. The luxury bus was a 10/10, our driver was a retired Dublin Police officer and he was amazing, knowledgeable, and ensure we experienced no delays. The caves, boat tour, and tour on top of the cliff are a must. The only negative is the ad said you’d stop at a castle for 15ish minutes for pictures, and another stop in a village for a proper lunch, we got to experience neither of these on our tour.

The boat tour is definitely worth it. You can get some good pictures from the top, but you don’t really appreciate the cliffs as much as you do from the boat. It is a long ride from Dublin, but the bus was very comfortable and it was a small group. Also, don’t go on a holiday weekend (as I accidentally did) or the visitors center will be packed.

I really enjoyed this tour and thought it was very well organized. The guide was friendly, professional, and made the whole experience enjoyable. The only thing to keep in mind is that this tour is heavily dependent on the weather. For example, the Cliffs of Moher boat trip can be a very exciting adventure if the sea is rough—but only if you don’t get seasick! I stayed inside the cabin, and many people were feeling sick and throwing up. On the other hand, my husband absolutely loved it. He sat on the open deck the whole time, got completely soaked, and said it was the best part of the trip. When the weather is bad, you may not get a clear view of the Cliffs of Moher because of the fog and rain. However, if you’re lucky, there may be a short window when the clouds clear and you can enjoy the stunning scenery. Overall, I have no complaints about the tour itself. Just check the weather forecast before you book or go, and be prepared for conditions that can greatly affect the experience.

So many things I wouldn't recommend it the vehicle was so uncomfortable and no air conditioning the first stop to the cave it was just a waste of time the cliff and the boat was amazing view we stop to a place to go eat and they took for ever to serve us over all it was a bad experience wouldn't recommend it
