Price was awesome! We saw sea turtles, starfish, and got up close and personal with the sting rays.

Our family had an incredible time! Javahn was a wonderful guide and made the day truly magical! This was our first time booking through Viator and I’m so glad I did - this was the highlight of our whole cruise! We were able to take our time at each spot and Javahn ensured our kids all felt safe and comfortable around the animals - he’s a true stingray whisperer! He also knew we were wanting to find sea turtles and knew just where to go! We ended up snorkeling with them and right over a little lemon shark! He also arranged our taxi back to the ship as we headed back to the dock - perfect timing! Amazing experience! Thanks again!!

Second time with them, it was perfect

We had a blast with Justin on our half day private charter. He was knowledgable, friendly, relaxed, and made sure we had a great time. He was also quite patient with our very excited and eager children. The locations we visited were rife with ocean life and we were wowed by the experience. Stingray City is definitely touristy, but despite our general allergy to all things touristy, this experience was truly unique and extraordinary. It was not crowded, but definitely busy with about 5-6 other boats there while we were visiting, yet it was still impactful and comfortable, not to mention safe. Similarly, snorkeling the reef was a beautiful and calm experience. The boat, equipment, personnel were all top notch. Would highly recommend.

Definitely worth it! Stingray city is awesome, the snorkeling is a lot of fun and starfish beach is pretty cool. Saw some more stingrays, a turtle, barracuda and plenty of other fish on the snorkel portion. Captain javahn was very knowledgeable and a lot of fun! Boat is clean and roomy even with a party of 9.

Wonderful experience! Beautiful boat, great service and friendly staff. Would highly recommend if you are visiting the island! The jet ski was a definite favorite for our family.

The communication about pick up was less than I am use to. Overall the experience was a little disappointing. Paid $800 and we went followed the red sail charter everywhere we went. The whole point was to have a private experience. When we got to string ray city, and I was underwhelmed. I asked the captain- is there anywhere else we can snorkel? The answer was no so we told him, just take us back early. Don’t waste your money. You won’t get the private experience you are hoping for.

One of the best days on our wonderful Disney Cruise. A boat with just our family actually cost about the same price as a huge group tour. The personalized information was perfect for our 4 and 7 year old grandchildren. Highly recommend!

AMAZING!!! We booked direct and communicated with Jason on details. Justin was our captain and he was the absolute BEST! Justin was knowledgeable of the island and the sting rays loved him! Such a fun time! We will be back!
