I do not recommend this company at all Upon arrival at the airport they were not waiting for us as written in the program description I had to call them to find out where they were and there I had to wait over half an hour The next day a tour to the pyramids the voucher said we were picked up at 9 am (Never arrived) I called them and they informed me that the tour had started at 8:30 am and therefore we missed the tour The people of the super bad education agency, demanding that they should answer me hung up my phone and 7 hours later sent me a message indicating that they had rescheduled the tour the next day (we could not take it as we were forced to hire another tour with another company) Zero truth recommended, plus punctuality the aggressiveness of the person answering the phone.
