Rude, greedy and a waste of time!!! I'd give a zero if an option. Go to Manuel Antonio instead. Its less money and incredible. This place was aweful. I never called it a zoo or expected it to be a zoo experience. That's how you are being rude in your response to me. I requested a refund which you refused. That's how you are greedy. Why did you even allow a naturalist guide, if he could only spot 1 wasp. You have guide as false expectations of seeing animals. Even your mural out front is covered in animals to mislead and misrepresentation. Zero animals, lame arial ride. Aweful. Scam. No animals. Save your money Scam. Don't go. No animals or birds. Guide only showed us a wasp. I asked when was the last time you even saw a monkey. He said you need to go to mangroves where the food is. So they know zero animals. Scam. Save your money. We saw non stop monkeys and birds for less money at Carara and Manuel Antonio National Parks. Go there instead. Everyone that works at the park is very nice and helpful. Zip lining was fun. If you order photos, please please please use a credit card. If you use cash, you will not receive the photos and you have no proof that you purchased the photos. No one responds to emails about your photos.

Extremely expensive for the experience. The tram is unique and peaceful, takes 30 minutes and we saw butterflies and a toucan. There is a small viewing platform at the top. The butterfly enclosure was disappointing with dead butterflies on the floor. I wouldn't recommend going here for the tram only, there are far better places to visit in Costa Rica.
