同じルートを運行する列車はほとんどありませんが、エラ オデッセイはそれらとは異なり、顧客が美しい景色を楽しんだり写真を撮ったりできるように、特別な景勝地に停車します。停車駅には美しいビューポイント、滝、山などがあります。範囲、森林保護区など。 この列車は、このユニークで美しい乗り物を楽しむのが好きな旅行者のために設計されています。週に2日だけ運行されます。

Nice trip by train with gorgeous views of the countryside. The only downside was that we paid four times the station price by booking through the merchant site.
Great communication, organisation and very helpful answering questions about my up coming train trip . Will use again there services.
The train ride was beautiful. You absolutely have to reserve in advance, otherwise everything is fully booked. We can do the 2. Class with seating recommend, there the windows can be opened, you can stand at the doors and there are fans. I would love to come back:)

Dear Sir / Madam, We are surprised to see this review as there was not a single booking where we could not deliver tickets during the last few weeks. We have delivered the tickets as promised for all the bookings we had accepted. There were many booking requests rejected by us due to "Sold out" situations and probably you are referring to one of these. We never accept payments from the booking requests unless they are accepted as confirmed bookings. Kindly refrain sharing misleading / false complaints. Thank you.
Bawantha helped us to get train tickets on very short notice, when in other place we heard that tickets are sold out. Great contact and good tips for what to do in Sri Lanka, even after our train ride. The train itself was great experience with amazing views and this is must do thing while you're in Sri Lanka
I booked the Ella train via Viator as the tickets weren't available on the Railway website any longer, and I'm so glad I did. After the booking, Geesara from Mahaweli tour company contacted me and I'm so glad as he was the best organiser not only for the Ella train tickets, but we ended up using him for almost all of our trips and taxi rides around Sri Lanka. He arranged everything, always responded within a few minutes and got us the best drivers. All of them were great, and we felt safe with them. Gaseera went always the extra mile and was looking after us better than we expected - he really became our friend in Sri Lanka, and we can recommend him and the Mahaweli tour company to anyone. We now have a friend we know we can relay on when we're back in Sri Lanka. We were in good hands. Thank you for exceeding our expectations and providing a fantastic service whenever we needed you.
Everything was well arranged! Tickets were brought to our hotel and communication trough WhatsApp was really easy!!!!

I found Mahaweli Tours through Trip Advisor when I was planning a tour of Sri Lanka. I didn’t want to risk trying to get the tickets ourselves 30 days before travel. All communications with them were excellent, train tickets booked with excellent seats. I would highly recommend booking second class, the carriages are very clean and comfortable, and with the doors and windows open the photo opportunities are fabulous. Bawantha kept in touch with all the details, sending us the e ticket when he received it and we just had to pick up the hard copy from the station. A brilliant trip and thank you Bawantha and Mahaweli for an excellent service.
