The chap that looked after our tour was called walker he was excellent from pic up to guiding us around auswaitz. Highly recommend him as he was very friendly and couldn't do enough for the people on his bus

Such an amazing and well run event, Walker was so knowledgeable and engaging with the group that made it a particularly great experience and would highly recommend this tour guide.
Writing Łukasz, our tour driver/coordinator, was excellent—very organized, clear, and efficient. The use of WhatsApp to communicate important information and instructions worked particularly well. Unfortunately, our English-speaking guide, Marta, was a disappointment. I am hard of hearing, and the combination of her strong accent, very fast-paced delivery, and the way she spoke into the microphone made her commentary almost completely incomprehensible to me. I eventually removed my headset and, at times, was able to hear the guide from the group behind us, whose slower pace, clear voice, and diction were much easier to understand. The tour itself also felt too rushed. There is so much to see and take in, yet we were frequently moving on before having enough time to really absorb what we were seeing. A slightly slower pace would make the experience much more meaningful. Overall, the organization and coordination were very good, but the quality and clarity of the guide and the rushed pace significantly affected my experience.
Michal was a brilliant guide and driver. He was very knowledgeable and also passionate about the history of the Nazi occupational which brought a greater depth to the Auschwitz tour. Would definitely recommend!
The organisation and consideration by our overall guide Michal was exceptional they used what’s app to keep track of the group and communicate arrangements breaks were built in so this part was excellent and low stress. I did enjoy the tour however the pace inside the venue was quick ( maybe because we did the joint tour ?) of then I wanted to take photos and had to be quick to avoid being out of range of the audio devices. In both individual tours the local guides I thought were not great they talked very fast and at the same tone and it was difficult to fully engage with what was being said so this was a Little disappointing. Maybe the individual tours are better but I felt rushed through both venues by the local guides

It was a great for us to start the first day in Poland. Our driver, Will, provided us very informative guide of the visiting areas, time estimates, easy pick up locations, and comfortable ride. Five start experience!
The tour was very well organized overall. We were always on schedule, with plenty of time for breaks and lunch as well. Our driver and tour leader Jakub made sure that we never got lost (even shared his location by WhatsApp) and was present in all steps of the tour. A dedicated Whatsapp group was created for our tour, so that all information was properly shared with everyone. Jakub offered to clarify any questions we might have, and he was always very helpful. Well done! 👍
