The staff were friendly and professional. The boat was clean, the steak was delicious, and the salmon and chicken were alright.

A day trip or early evening trip would possibly be much better, our server was very good, but that’s were it ends, the food was no more then OK, the trip was pretty boring with absolutely no explanation of what we see. The room temperature was absolutely freezing and it took over an hour and a half and multiple requests to eventually correct it, my wife was miserable - no need for that.

Greeted at beginning and end. Personable greet from Chris who visited each table. Exceptional table service from Sergio. Steak..tender Salmon..Melt in your mouth FRESH. Ambience was perfect. Great Night view of the city. Perfect for special occasions. They do take your picture at the beginning but no option about how to purchase it.

I booked this sunset dinner cruise for my husband's birthday and it was more beautiful than I expected. From start to finish the crew was amazing, polite, professional and courteous. They greeted us with a complimentary glass of champagne. They had a lovely dinner table for 10 set up for my party with a beautiful view. Dinner was delicious.Dessert was delightful and without asking Kael (I might be spelling this wrong, a very kind attentive waiter from Bulgaria. He brought out my husband's dessert with a candle and we all got to sing to my husband. We went under the Coronado Bridge and that was an incredible sight and saw the Hotel del Coronado. The view of downtown San Diego was gorgeous. My mom and I danced on the dance floor to some great music. The whole family of all different ages enjoyed this cruise. But most of all my husband loved the sunset cruise and had the best time celebrating his birthday with our family on the cruise. Thank you for the amazing experience on Thursday September 24

Everyone thinking of booking this excursion should know about the good and the bad. Here's the good: absolutely ALL of the staff I interacted with were very courteous and professional. Our wait staff was exceptional. Here's the not so good: If you're looking for an evening where you can have a nice dinner with friends and carry on a conversation, this is not for you. Boat was extremely crowded and everybody was packed in much too tightly. In some instances it was difficult to even push your chair back and get up from the table because you were so close to the table next to you. It was claustrophobic and basically felt like you were eating dinner on a small cruise ship that should have retired years ago. For the price, the food was extraordinarily mediocre (at best). The cuts of meat were fibrous. The welcome aboard glass of champagne had lost its fizz an hour previous. When we finally finished our meal, we actually had a nice 20 or 30 minutes at the bow of the ship on a nice evening watching the shoreline of San Diego.

Food and staff were excellent. Celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary with the family and could not have a better experience.
