Not what I expected in terms of quality. For the same price, when arriving in Dubrovnik, I booked a luxury Mercedes van with a driver dressed in professional gear. My error though because no where in this particular booking does it state “luxury”. What I got was a tourist type branded “wine tasting experience” van, not very clean, no aircon (although it was offered as an option to switch on) and the van wasn’t in the best particular shape. I had to text and call the service provider as no confirmation came through on the day of. For the money, I should have secured the same transfer I did when I got to the country. (It was unable) I’m accustomed to a certain type transfer and was disappointed. The driver was friendly but that’s as far as my 3 stars would go.

What a great company, our driver ‘Captain John Kisser’ was chatty and enjoyed our conversation and laughter. He had many stories to tell us along our journey of his love for Shakira, his travels around the world, wild boar! and making the smooth transition into Montenegro a breeze.
Easy to communicate with, with fast response. Our scheduled time was 4am and our driver arrived a little early around 3:55am. Smooth drive to the airport and driver was friendly.
We ordered the cab ride from the airport to the hotel via Booking. Baiba, such a great and friendly driver, was waiting for us. She was on time and the communication with her via Whatsapp was so uncomplicated. She was also able to organize the trip home from Dubrovnik to Sarajevo for us later on. Marin, who was also the perfect driver and got us home safely, took care of the journey. We came across the Horizon Tours company by chance and will definitely be using them again on our next trip to Dubrovnik! A BIG thank you to Baiba & Marin and kind regards from Sarajevo, Anela

Our friendly driver arrived punctually in a very spacious and clean van. Since we had plenty of spare time, he took us to a phenomenal panoramic spot along the way so that we could take our last and unexpected pictures. Great ride, great memories!!
