A good experience overall. The tour was very comprehensive, covering both the panoramic view and a visit to the walled city.

This is a popular & crowded city to visit. Our walking guide was good but focused a lot on the war and not other parts of history or what the buildings were. She did walk at a good pace. Our driver for the view part was amazing. He took pictures of us, told us stories of the area, and drove very well on some tight roads. Overall very worthwhile excursion!

We really enjoyed our Dubrovnik tour. The guides were friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job dealing with a very hectic day and unusually heavy traffic. I also really appreciated the communication beforehand. They reached out through WhatsApp and sent clear instructions, photos and details showing exactly where the pickup spot was. That made everything much easier and took away a lot of the stress of trying to find the meeting point in an unfamiliar place. A special shout-out to Mirela, Chris and Kiril for helping make the day such a positive experience. Overall, we were very pleased with the tour and would definitely recommend it.

Dubrovnik is very unique but ultra crowded. Too many cruise ships, too many people trying to see the place at one time which limits the value of the experience.

The first issue we had was confusion about the meeting place. We were given an address outside the large cruise port terminal. The problem was we were on a smaller ship that docked at the old port which was very near to the location where everyone met. It was not until we had almost taken a taxi to the other cruise port that it was clarified we were meeting a 5 minute walk from our cruise ship. The guide was late which added to the stress as to whether we were in the right location. The tour started late with the guide giving a history lesson in front of old town for 20 minutes. We finally walked into old town and she pointed out a few buildings that had been damaged in the war, buildings being restored and cathedrals and other buildings we were told we could tour on our own. The guide’s tour of Old Town lasted maybe 45 minutes and then we had 45 minutes on our own. My husband and I were then separated from our original group and put on a separate van for the panoramic tour. We were told the van with our group would not hold everyone. The new van first picked up people from the cruise port which was the farthest from us. The 6 new people were not English speaking. Consequently, the Panaramic tour was mostly conducted in Russian, which we did not understand. This was one of the worst tours we have booked with Viator, which was disappointing since we have used Viator many times all over the world. I would not recommend it.

Great short tour introduction to Dubrovnik highlights. Our guide was informative, knew her history and explained Dubrovnik so nicely. Our driver took us on a beautiful sunset drive through the city. It was a great first step to a memorable trip!

Nico was amazing very knowledgeable, energetic, friendly. He even stop local store. We highly recommend him.

Fantastic Excursion. Views incredible. Mico was very knowledgeable and full of facts. He had no problem taking pictures for us. Highly recommended. If you wanted extra time in Old Town they let you choose a later time to go back if you wanted to spend more time there.

Niko and Ines were excellent tour guides. They gave us so much information about Dubrovnik and the rich history. We loved the small group and air conditioned van. Highly recommend for everyone!

We took the tour of Dubrovnik on July 29, 2026, with Nicola, and he managed to give us a very good idea of the city and its history. The tour was very good with stops at sites with very good views, and he explained many interesting things to us. Friendly and professional.
