Our guide Zoltan was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and accommodating. We had so much fun, great conversation, very interesting venues and history about each place that we wouldn’t have discovered by ourselves.

Our guide Csenga was charming and a fun leader for the bar tour. Three very different Ruin bars. A nice mix of history and booze :-)

Want to experience the Ruin Bars and don't know how to choose, then take this tour! Bianka was an excellent host, taking us to 3 different Ruin Bars. It was a great way to learn a little more about the bars, plus hear a little history about the Jewish District in our walks along the way. It's also a fun way to try Hungarian wine, beer and fruit liquor. The bars, especially the first one to start the trend, were pretty incredible. The Langos stop was really good too and Bianka was great about accommodating those who couldn't have cheese and sour cream. I would recommend eating a late lunch before the tour, for those who don't like Langos and/or like a bigger meal for dinner. Thanks to Bianka for a great time.

Small group tour of three ruin bars and a quick trip for Longos. Bianca was very knowlegable and showed us three distinctly different bars to give us a taste of the area. Highly recommend doing as it is a very ndifferent experience.

We really enjoyed this tour! Csenge was knowledgeable, delightful, very personable and really made the whole experience fun. It was a great way to get introduced to the beautiful city of Budapest. Highly recommended!

We have been on several Viatour food and drink tours in the past, and we had our cousins with us on this tour last night. We had shared with them our experiences and we were looking forward to this tour. We visited four places, three bars and one fast food place we were only offered beer at the three bars and felt we stayed too long in each of the places, 3+ hours total. At our past food and drink tours, we were offered food and drinks at each stop so that is what we expected. We thought we would be seeing more places and experiencing more snacks and beverages. In the future, I will ask this when I book another tour.

Bianka was a great guide! She really likes to share her knowledge about the pubs, budapest and Hungary. Really enjoyed the 3 hour walk through the pubs and area., the beer and the food. Well worth the time. .
