I am very sorry to hear about your frustrating wait. Standing outside in the hot Miami sun for 40 minutes is never an ideal experience, and I completely understand your impatience while waiting for your tour to begin. Our buses operate on a scheduled 30-minute frequency, but unpredictable Miami traffic and unexpected road congestion can occasionally stretch those intervals by about 10 minutes. While a 40-minute gap is close to our standard operational window, we always aim to keep wait times as short and predictable as possible so our guests are not left waiting in the heat
