Mattie, our tour guide, was the BEST! Very funny, informative, and he has the best stories! Sandra, our driver was awesome, she and Mattie make a great team! I would recommend this tour 110%!

THE WORST! I asked the driver to stop the bus and let me out after 10 minutes. The guide was offensive, rude, depressing, arrogant. "I've given this tour 3000 times. Shoot me now." I didn't want to listen to his self inflicted victimhood for 2 whole hours. Complete waste. September 23rd 2025. Please put this guy out of his misery and fire him.
Nice tour - saw all the highlights of Chicago. It was during the evening so we also were able to view the city lights. Would do it again!

Its very nice experience of having this bus ride for sunset. Its recommended on teh first day of chicago visit as this tour gives idea how to plan rest of trip and what places to visit… awesome experience
