They have a special counter for drinks. They have great drinks that aren't available at other lounges.

The staff is not friendly and not helpful especially the reception

Excellent Service and quality Food

Anees Ur rahman was really helpful sorting my things out. The food and environment is fantastic

The lounge was ok. Having been in the Virgin Clubhouse on the way out it had a lot to live up to and sadly didn’t. We were there in the morning and the breakfast choices were ok but like a canteen and everything was on paper plates or in plastic cups. It really didn’t feel like a premium lounge at all. There were no bins that we could see and the staff were slow to clear up rubbish. Overall pretty disappointing and a lot of room for improvement. We got access due to flying upper class with Virgin but if I’d had to pay for the experience I would have given it one star. The rest of the airport was really beautifully designed and clean.

We were on our way to Bangkok with friends and made a stop over there..... A very nice airport with everything you need, there are also tuxedo areas there....... The airport is very clean

Very nice and clean terminal 4 . Looks more organised than before. The food court was very clean. Only problem is they dont have more options on lounge
