Stay away. Better off getting a coffee at Starbucks...

This is one of the worst lounge experiences I’ve ever had, if not the worst. The lounge looks nice at the pictures, it even looks spacey. But don’t be fooled. If you’re there in the morning, as I was, it is crowded and the staff don’t seem to have a limit on how many people they let in. The buffet is also very inefficiently set up which means that you can end up standing in line for a long time. It took me 10 minutes to get food on my plate… the food and drink is ok, but very limited selection. Given the packed lounge today, I struggled to find a table where I could sit down.

Worst Major Airport in SE Asia

Goodness I hate this airport. Chaotic, badly sign-posted, and far more stressful than an airport needs to be.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Don't waste your money. Crowded,noisy, uncomfortable. Very few food options which didn't look apetizing or edible. Tables were cluttered with used dishes and cutlery. Only Carlsburg was complimentary... Not like business lounges I've been used to. Seriously, you will be more comfortable and better value for money outside.

Meh.

Hot, crowded, not enough power sockets, complimentary carlsberg, nothing else. A glass of wine or an alternative beer is cheaper in the terminal. I wouldn’t bother.

Waste of money

Worn out seating very hard not comfortable at all. Don’t think your going to have a rest here very noisy, kid running everywhere Coffee machine run out of milk asked 3 people before someone came and topped it up Food poor quality and hardly any gluten free options that’s really bad these days Definitely not worth the money

Very disappointed

Dreadful lounge. Very crowded. Only free alcoholic drink was beer. Food limited and not the fresh variety shown on the photographs. Some areas can only be used by specific card holders. Shower facilities cost extra. Not worth the price.

Terrible

Terrible - don’t waste your money! Overpriced, very busy, cutlery missing, food terrible, seating as comfortable as you get in McDonald’s! Needs significant improvement

Don't waste your money

I was very disappointed with the Plaza Premium Lounge in T1. I had booked after a long haul flight as I had a long layover. I booked for 3hrs for about £40. Huge waste of money! The lounge was totally over booked, I had to wait for a space to sit down, and then wait almost 20 mins for the dirty plates to be removed from my table. It was so busy that once the table was clear a family joined my table as they had nowhere to sit. I ended up leaving after less than 45 mins. I had one drink, but I spoke to the friendly front desk staff and they said I could get a refund if i email head office. However, on emailing I've been told thats a no. Don't waste your money - I ended up sitting in a lovely cafe in the terminal: its cooler, cheaper, quieter, and the staff are friendly too. Don't waste your money!

What a joke call yourself a business lounge food is disgusting

They kind enough to let my family and I do a walk in because the internet was not working, as soon as we walked in we could not find a table without dirty plates and cutlery on them I had to clear the table myself after doing so I ask a member of staff to wipe the table down I asked in a nice polite voice and all I received was a dirty look and they walk away, my wife and daughter got some food so I left the table to get some drinks for them when I returned I asked what is the food like my wife just said it’s not that good my daughter just looked at me said nothing, I was trying to put some food on a plate for myself and a member of staff just shoved me out of the way so they can place a tray off food down, how rude can you be to customers, I tried to eat the chicken curry chicken was cold and rubbish it was like rubber the rice was over cooked and the curry sauce was tasteless, although it came from the hot plate it was cold , on the salad bar there was grated carrots lettuce and sweet corn only , three little cakes that I tried was red velvet that was rubbish the chocolate and nut cake was the same all you got was the crunch from the nuts , the third cake god now’s what that that was , a five year old could do better, the black coffee was completely disgusting, the whole experience was disgraceful the very poor quality and standards of the food if that what you call it my wife did say that she not give it to a dog , the plaza lounge group should be ashamed of calling there company a business lounge school dinners are better , we soon left and found a little cafe / restaurant which served up better food and coffee , I sent in a complaint and they didn’t do anything all they could say is thanks your email and they are going to retain the staff what a joke
