Good lounge, not huge but comfy seats with fast charge. Food ok, but beer & wine nice & cold. Was so good to have a shower in between flights to refresh.
Hardly any room to sit down because it is so crowded. Very little variety of food, the buffet is very small. The drink area is very limited; I didn't even find a drinking water dispenser. I paid for my entry with Revolut and actually access to the showers is not included, so I ended up paying CHF 50 instead of 25 because they were not able to warn me. No negotiation possible, no refund issued. The space is not very clean and the air conditioning is not really air conditioning; it is very hot.

I am writing this in behalf of one of your employees who did an excellent job as receptionist at your establishment. Her name is Bably. She greeted me at the front entrance with welcome and smiles. Explained the benefit of the lounge and arranged my shower time. Additionally, she added my time for an hour to stay, which by the way I may not need it, because of my flight and upgraded me to the premium lounge. To top up her excellent service, she escorted me to the premium lounge and showed me around. This kind of service I called it go above and beyond. Keep it up the excellent work Bably

As we had an eight hour stopover at Hong Kong airport we decided to book into the Premium Plaza Lounge for 6 hours. The facilities that were available to us were excellent with hot & cold drinks available for the duration of our stay along with some lovely food too. There were showers available and very comfortable seating. I would not hesitate to do this again if faced with a long stopover again. Very pleased with the great service in the lounge also.

Lounge should be place where you can relax and enjoy bit while waiting your flight boarding. This lounge is far from that experience. It all starts when staff welcomes you on the front desk by shouting "NEXT!" and asking "are you sure you want to come because we are completely full". And they are 100% correct. Literally all the seats are occupied. After collecting food you need to wait until someone is leaving to get seat and start enjoy meal. When finally you get first bite Lounge Marshall comes to say hello and requires to see your lounge receipt. Mouth full of food you ask why and he says just show me the damn ticket. Then he tells that you have only one hour time left, please enjoy. And because lounge is overcrowded all the time atmosphere is literally hot! There are couple of huge electric fans generating noise and and blowing your tissues and paper mugs off the table but no significant effect on temp. To cool down there is ice cream but you need to pay for that. Same story goes for shower if you look cooling down there. And don't say this is occasional. It is not. I have visited there few times in past two months. Same story every time. In my opinion it does not meet criteria of lounge. I feel sad for people who pay for access. Even the most crowded bazaar atmosphere is better than this lounge.

Nice place to rest after a long journey. All facilities are good and have showers if you need to use them. Choices of food could be improved.
