日が沈む時間にホイアン旧市街を探索し、夕食をお腹いっぱい食べましょう。このツアーは2時間半にわたるウォーキングツアーです。賑やかなマーケットの中や路地に思い切って足を踏み入れいてみましょう。現地の隠れ家的な食事スポットを探しましょう。その間、知識豊富なガイドがホイアンの独特な食文化について説明するので、決して退屈しません。角を曲がるたびに、マーケットの屋台やレストラン、そして現地のカフェで食事を楽しみます。その味たるや、忘れれることができないほどです。参加人数は12名までに限定しています。なので、少人数のグルメ仲間たちと共に個人的な体験を楽しめます。
日が沈んだ後のホイアン旧市街を散策しましょう。
まず最初に、何世代にもわたって町で最もおいしいバインミーを作り続けている地元のパン屋です。 地元の人気店から次の店へ、次は地元の人たちと一緒に小さな飲食店に行き、どこにでもある小さなプラスチックの椅子に座って、ライスペーパーと新鮮なハーブで巻いたおいしいバーベキューポークを試食します。典型的な醤油のディップソースと一緒に出されます。
次はホイアン名物、豚肉入りカオラウ麺と、ゴマとピーナッツのホットミルクです。
まだデザートと地ビールの贅沢品があるので、スペースを節約しましょう。
