Space and time limits make seeing the Last supper painting with guided so meaningful! We were given so much great background information (before our short time allowed to view), that we were well prepared to see important details and appreciate this historical marvel.

We knew it was hard to get the last summer tickets so we booked this many months before arriving in Milan. They changed our time from 2 o'clock till 345 the day before. They sent an email the day of our tour and said LCS at 2 o'clock. We showed up for 2 o'clock. They called us and said that was a mistake is 345. We showed up at 3:45 and they said we had to wait till 530 if we wanted to go into the last supper. We at that point had other plans for that time and wanted a refund. They said they don't do refunds we had to call Viator. Do not use this company. Ruined a whole afternoon of our Milan trip.
This should be zero review. We are at the tour right now and it was delayed from 2 o'clock to 345. Now we've been told we need to stand here till 530. We have lost a whole afternoon in Milan because of this company. There is no sign of a refund in our future.
Our guide was very knowledgeable, and the tour was nice, but I felt it was overpriced. I thought we were paying so much mainly to skip a long line, but there was no line at all. Maybe there is typically a long line, and it would be worth the cost, but for what it was, the price felt too high. I will say that it was a nice tour and we learned a lot.
Martino gave us an excellent tour with details on the history and life of Leonardo and period in which this artwork was created. The tour included the visit to the Church of Sta Ma delle Grazie and part of the monastery open to visitors. We highly recommend this tour, we enjoyed it very much.
