That it’s a great experience. Two day on off trolly is great way to see what interest you the first day and travel back to those you would like to spend more time at the next day.

Hop on hop off bus and driver were great. Quality of stops, not as great. Go Rio was excellent. The Viator ticket would not scan at go rio, so there is an opportunity for improvement there.

Joel did an excellent job of educating us on the history of the river and San Antonia. He has awesome sense of humor. The boat ride was calm and very informative

Great routes. The trolleys were 5* on time throughout, dependable, accommodating. Cruise was 5*, Informative, Beautiful, relaxing. Worth it!

There are no signs for the trolley stops. They told us to meet at 615 E Houston. Waited for an hour, no trolleys. Contacted their website and asked about our location. Their AI Bot told us to “stay at the corner of Houston and E, across for the Emily Morgan Hotel.” Waited another 30 minutes, still no trolleys. We had noticed that 3 or 4 Olde Town Trolleys had passed a block away, so we decided to find their stops and ride with them instead, hoping to be able to buy a ticket on the trolley. Waited there for about 20 minutes. Told them we had been waiting for San Antonio trolley and showed them our tickets. As it turns out, Olde Towne trolley IS San Antonio Trolley… they had done away with the stop at Houston and E, but hadn’t updated the website. Missed out on two hours of touring San Antonio because of this. Aside from that, they have a pretty informative tour. Again, there are no signs at any of their stops.

Tour guides are the best. Makes the experience. Riverwalk spectacular. Trolley fantastic. Easy way to get around town as well. Might take it again the 2nd day full tour.

The trolley was convenient to hop on and off of but there seemed to have been a miscommunication between drivers about the Alamo drop off - otherwise very knowledgeable about the history. There were some adjustments made due to construction for the last few stops. We have never been to San Antonio so this was a good way to get a lay on the downtown historic area. The River boat tour was so fun! Would definitely recommend to go at night! The lights were pretty and it wasn’t as unbearably hot anymore.
