Dear keogh71, Thank you for taking the time to share your wonderful experience on our Early Bird Segway Tour! As the owner of Another Side Tours, it brings me great joy to hear that you enjoyed exploring the Gaslamp Quarter and Marina with Preston. You're absolutely right about his knowledge and sense of humor - his impressions, especially that Donald Trump one, have become quite a hit with our guests! We carefully designed our one-hour tour to provide the perfect introduction to both Segway riding and downtown San Diego's highlights, so I'm pleased to hear you found the duration just right. I'll make sure to share your kind feedback with Preston. Guest experiences like yours are exactly what we strive for at Another Side Tours. We hope to welcome you back for another adventure soon! Best regards, Kenneth CEO & Founder, Another Side Tours, Inc.

Dear Joanne_P, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on our San Diego Early Bird Segway Tour. We appreciate your honest review and are glad to hear that you found our guide well-informed and friendly. We're sorry to hear that the tour didn't meet your expectations in terms of value. Our Early Bird tour is designed to offer a compact experience at a lower price point, which is why it doesn't include Balboa Park. For guests interested in visiting Balboa Park, we do offer other tour options that include this destination. We value your suggestion about including Balboa Park and will consider it for future tour planning. If you're interested in a more comprehensive experience next time, we'd be happy to recommend one of our extended tours that cover additional sites. Thank you again for your feedback. It helps us improve our services for future guests. Best regards, Kenneth, CEO
