The crew workers were top notch. Not crazy about the seafood or spicy chicken option for the lunch. L
We weren't able to board the boat and having trouble reaching customer service to rebook or get refunded and we spent about 700 in total

Make sure to show the QR code to the City Crruises boat that you first see on the dock as soon as you arrive because each City Cruise boat also identifies with a different name e.g. Odyssey, Spirit of Navy Pier, etc. I only wished that the confirmation that was sent out via text would’ve indicated which boat we should be looking for because as as I saw City Cruises emblazoned on one side of the boat, I thought that was our boat. We were a party of 10 and there were 2 other group members (party of 2 & party of 4) who were running late. Our mindset was to wait for everyone to show up before presenting the tickets. After realizing that there are 2 other City Cruises brunch boats docked one after another, I showed my digital confirmation & was told that were waiting on the wrong boat so we all had to run to the farthest one with 5 min to spare. While we appreciate the fact that the crew waited for another 10 minutes beyond the departure time for the rest of the members of our group to show up, one member was left out since he had to take care of parking. Needless to say, it subjected us to too much stress that it kind of spoiled and dampened all the excitement celebrating my sister’s 80th birthday. I wish there is some credit than can be done for the 10th member of our group who did not make it to join us on the cruise.
This was such a chill cruise tour of the city. The buffet was really good and had a variety of options for lunch and dessert. If you’re looking for more architecture of Chicago, take that specific tour since it goes into the city. This is more the perimeter of the city!
It was a great experience. I will Definitely do it again!! The waitress Destiny and manager Ramsey was very Nice!
It’s very nice place to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries and everything. Food is really good, servers are very friendly.
