This tour was nothing short of amazing. Ileana was a fantastic tour guide of Capri. She has the in with a lot of the locals. We didn’t really wait for the buses to and from the bottom of Capri. We saw the blue grotto. What a site. Definitely worth the wait. I would say the biggest thing is to learn patience with waiting to see the grotto. Maximo was our captain. People get impatient. The tour does not last an hour. It can be up to a 2 hour wait to see the grotto. We didn’t wait that long which was wonderful. Just be kind. That’s my advice. It was totally worth the wait. A must see. Also let’s not forget the island of Capri and all the shops. The sights!!! Just out of a book. The food was great as well. Life is short. Book the trip. Definitely a bucket list check.

I loved Capri. Alessandro and Ileana were very attentive, had total knowledge and were very diligent, excellent rapport and very kind treatment. Even though everything was full, they solved everything for us and maximized our time on the tour. Thank you.

Alessandro and Ileana were incredible!! Only suggestion I would have to give is change the restaurant. They were super packed, and the portions were super small. We were hungry all day. Also I wish we have more time to explore Capri. Other than that this is a must do. We were able to go to the blue grotto and that was absolutely breathtaking. 10/10 experience.

We paid for the highest/top tour option expecting a complete and memorable Capri experience, but unfortunately it was a complete waste of our money and valuable vacation time. There was almost no actual guided tour. We received no meaningful explanations about Capri, its history, the places we were visiting, or what we were seeing. When we arrived, our guide Henrico connected us with another person whom he identified as “Rafelo.” We had paid extra for an additional experience, but Rafelo told us it was closed because of the weather. He promised to take us to another island as compensation, but that never happened. Instead, we were taken to the upper part of Capri and then to Ristorante La Pigna for lunch. An appetizer was placed on our table that we never ordered. When the food we actually wanted was repeatedly said to be unavailable, we left and ate somewhere else. When we returned, Rafelo demanded money for the appetizer. Even after we explained that we never ordered it, we felt pressured to go back inside and pay €10. When we objected, the attitude was essentially, “take a picture and do whatever you want.” We have the restaurant receipt documenting the charge. The €10 is not the main issue. The issue is that we paid premium money for the top tour package, did not receive the additional experience we paid for, did not receive the alternative we were promised, received virtually no tour-guide explanation, and wasted a significant part of our limited time in Capri dealing with this situation. Capri is beautiful and this could have been one of the best days of our trip, but our experience with this tour made it one of the most disappointing. Based on our experience, I strongly recommend travelers stay away from this tour/operator.

We had a wonderful time exploring Capri, and although we had an explore at your own pace trip, our travel guide Enrico helped us so much with recommendations and ensuring that we were informed of meeting areas and timelines so that we did not hinder the group or get left behind.
