Great access to sites, but experience depends on your driver and guide!
Our guide was very knowledgeable and took great photos. Our actual visit to the Taj and Agra Fort was great! Unfortunately, there were a number of additional stops to convince us to buy gems and precious marbles ($300+) at stores with no prices. It was odd that this was part of the tour and the sales people tried very persistently to get us to buy it - ultimately it was uncomfortable and made my group feel like it was expected that we make a large purchase as part of this. We were also asked to write our review and show proof of the review while still in the car - which was uncomfortable and the reason for two different reviews.
Our driver took away from the experience. He did not speak English, so we had some communication difficulties, and his car had a bad odor (as if someone had been sick in it earlier). Also, he joined us on our tour of the elephant sanctuary and talked loudly on his phone throughout, which was frustrating to us and others in the tour group - the Elephant Conservation staff asked him to leave at one point because he couldn't concentrate on giving the tour. Finally it seems the length of this trip was too much for our driver who was very tired on the way back - this is totally understandable and I wonder if it might be better to switch the driver half way for safety - at one point we got into a small fender bender as well with a bike (understanding this is commonplace for India, I wonder about how this could be reduced).
This is a great experience and opportunity, but it really depends on the quality of your driver and guide, and your ability to say no to persistent sales people.

Ruined experience
Unfortunately from the moment we met our tour guide we were hurriedly rushed round the Taj Mahal and Red Fort. During our meal our guide asked for my phone, I thought he was going to take some more pictures of us, but after a few moments I saw him typing away on my phone. He had accessed my trip Advisor account and my photos and had written a reveiw of the tour and posted it withou my consent. He then insisted on taking us to an extremely expensive shop where we were given the "hard sell" on various items. I would far rather have spent more time at the Taj Mahal or Red Fort instead of being forced into a shop so that he could get a back hander from the owner. This totally ruined the whole experience. The only saving grace from this trip was the visit to Elephant Sanctuary which was excellent, well run and extremely informative and interesting.

Insightful and Enjoyable!
Neeraj (Nick) was great! He gave great insight into the history of the Taj Mahal as well as giving us space to take pictures and take it all in. He definitely knew his way around and it made all the difference to have him as a guide!

Excellent from start to finish.
The tour was spectacular. Our driver Ali and our guide Saif look after us exceptionally well. The whole day was fantastic but the Taj Mahal was the highlight. Once in a lifetime and breathtakingly beautiful. Would recommend.

Must do experience
Amazing amazing experience. This is my first time in India and the Taj Mahal definitely did not disappoint at all. Special shout-out to my tour guide Saif! He was very knowledgeable and made the overall experience fun. He is also a very honest man and helped me haggle down an expensive piece of jewelry over 50% and made sure that I am not getting overcharged too much. I highly recommend this experience! Also shout out to my driver Kapil for picking me up at 2am and getting me around! Much appreciated

A very interesting experience in one of the wonders of the modern world
We had an amazing experience visiting the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort thanks to our guide. From the first moment he was super kind, approachable and very attentive to us. It's clear that he's passionate about what he does, because he explained everything to us with great enthusiasm and in a very clear way. He was also incredibly patient with our questions and adapted to our pace at all times. It really made the ride special and very enjoyable. We recommend it with our eyes closed!

Amazing experience
What an amazing experience. This tour was very educational and eye-opening. The explanation was as well very clear and easy to understand. I highly recommend this tour either in couple, solo or family. Thank you so much for the time invested and making it very special for us visiting India for the first time.
