I was looking for these specific tours: Garden of the Morning Calm and Nami Island. Lucia, our tour guide was very knowledgeable and can clearly communicate in English. The lunch she recommended was so delicious. We recommend this tour and would like to have Lucia again as our guide.

Cecilia did a wonderful job making sure our group was having fun, learning about the places and history, as well as staying on schedule. We all had a great time and it truly helped that the weather was perfect.
Nami Island was a beautiful destination! Very magical and like being on a fairytale destination for hours. The morning calm Garden was also very lovely. I saw things growing there that I’ve never seen before like the thousand year-old tree, very cool! Our guide, JG, made the entire tour very entertaining and very informative. It was a great day!

It was a swift tour, our guide Martin explained everything beforehand. Garden of Morning Calm was extraordinary. Nami Island was also very peaceful. I would recommend this tour to people who loves calm, nature and flowers.
Good tour... Would have liked more time at Garden of Morning Calm. If I were to book again, I'd skip the France and Italy stops. The tour operator was ok, but two things were annoying. First, the tour was in English and Chinese instead of just English, which meant everything was repeated. Second, we had to use a weird group chat filled with ads. I assume this was because the Chinese could not use WhatsApp.
Traffic can add hours to the trip. Be prepared. Tour guide was resourceful in mitigating delays caused by traffic. Worth the effort, wonderful gardens
