This was a great day, but Anvar made it much more awesome because of his calm demeanor , friendliness, approach and knowledge of the tour.
Anvar brought us all around the city as well as Ala Archa National Park. He was extremely informative about the history and the story of Kyrgyzstan and he is very humorous too. This tour combines the nature and the city of Bishkek really well and encapsulates the energy of Kyrgyzstan really well. Highly recommend!
I really enjoyed my tour with Eldar! The tour was a great mix of seeing nature and then getting a comprehensive tour of the downtown main area and monuments. I really appreciated the history of Kyrgyzstan and snippets of life that Eldar shared while we walked around. For the city tour, you do get out and go into the Mosque and other parts of the city. It's not just a drive by tour. Eldar was great and even got us bottled water based on our preferences and drove us in a very nice sedan. It ended up being a tour of three solo travelers. The company contacted us the day before to confirm the pickup and location and had great communication in general which was much appreciated. My only suggestion would be to give people a choice between visiting more of the natural park trails on the ground to potentially see wildlife and the trail to Broken Heart rock. The Broken Heart trail goes upwards to give you a nice vantage point but it's a switchback trail that's heavily trafficked by large vehicles. You can also take a cable car to the top if you wish. I think the cost is 600 com. There are nice bathrooms in multiple points at the park as well. A great tour and one I would highly recommend, especially for anyone short on time wanting to make the most of their visit.
Edgar, our guide, was the one that made this experience truly awesome! He was very informative, full of patience, and a well of information about the place, the country, the nat6park and the city. He was amazing and we were extremely grateful to have him as our guide for the combined Ala Atcha NP and City tour.
Amazing Guide and good combination of beautiful mountains and a little hike to the waterfall, and the city touring. Best of both worlds. Definitely worth it.
I enjoyed this tour because it was a mix of natural beauty and history of the city of Bishkek. Our guide Arstan was very informative about Kyrgyz history and geography. We took the funicular up the mountain in Ala Archa and then hiked into snow leopard territory (this was optional) to see a waterfall with beautiful panoramic views. Then we headed back to Bishkek for lunch and a walking tour, visiting the mosque and several historic buildings and monuments. It was a jam packed day but highly enjoyable.
Well spent money for a full day trip that covers Best of Both worlds: Nature Hiking Trip on Ala Archa National Park and City Tour - especially the Osh Bazaar. These Tour have given me a chance to explore Kyrgyztan in depth given i have only limited time in visiting the country. Good Job to the tour travel company and to our guide Eldar for making this trip memorable and successful.
We started the tour with a visit to Ala Archa National Park. The weather was perfect to enjoy this stunning park. We went up the cable car and then walked by the river. We then drove back to Bishkek for a walking tour of the city. This is a perfect tour to see as much as possible in one day, and our guide Adilet was very professional and interesting.
We had a great day: we went to the reserve, enjoyed the view of mountains and mountain rivers, took a ride on the cable car. A nice bonus was the opportunity to feed birds and squirrels that take the treats right out of their hands. After that, there was an interesting tour of the city centre, visiting the Mosque and the Historical Museum. Guide Anwar told us many interesting stories and facts about the history of Kyrgyzstan, culture, customs and people's lives. Thank you!

I took this tour on Sunday, January 4. There were 5 people in the group. Our transportation was classy - luxury van. Our guide Adilet was a fun person and very patient with our pace hiking up the hills in the park. He made us some good photos along the way. After having done the hiking, we had a drink at one of the coffee spots at the Ala Archa entrance. When it comes to city tour, we covered basic touristic spots.
