Our experience was that it wasn't a tour or that any real tourist information was given. It's was really an expensive transport service. We stopped at a shopping centre and quad bikes unexpectedly, I assume a commission for the driver was encouraged. We said no and that was taken well, thankfully. I'm not sure where the extra time would have come from anyway? We had just 2 hours at the Cable car and unfortunately that wasn't enough time and we had to miss 2 of the things we had tickets for. That was disappointing. Luckily we did have express tickets so we could rush through what we could. On reflection I would have just got a grab one way and then booked another when we were finished. Our driver was very nice, the "tour" was just not good value and left us short on time with things we would have liked to spend more time at.

We were not taken to Oriental village. We were denied entry to Sky Rex, Sky Dome and 3D Art Museum. All other promises were fulfilled. The driver was polite and helpful.

Of course the weather wasn’t great with continuous rains but the local operator made it so stressful. First thing the driver Mohd Ishak mentioned after picking us up from hotel at 9am was that the cable car isn’t running & he wants to take us to Eagle Square. We told him we already went there yesterday & we want to stick to our booking. Then he took us to the Cable Car & we saw the cable car working. He came with us to the ticket counter. In the car he said he doesn’t have the ticket & I showed him what I got from TripAdvisor. He said that would be enough. When I showed that email & barcode at the counter the lady said that isn’t enough & will need the real tickets. We wasted 30-40mins arguing. In the meantime the driver received tickets from the operator but he was confused & the ticket lady said if she takes that we will have to pay again etc. Finally someone from the Operator side suddenly appeared (maybe after the driver reported the issue) & sorted it out for us but such a stressful experience + the rainy weather already put us off completely. Don’t know whose mistake it was but the driver didn’t seem to be properly instructed nor familiar with the whole process. Such a nightmare & wouldn’t recommend this operator to anyone🙄

Our tour guide was very friendly, knowledgeable and was an excellent person. He came on time, explained everything to us about Langkawi, it's history, it's culture and we came out more knowledgeable thanks to him. The views once you get up are spectacular. Well worth doing.

great Tour, the guide was so nice and not rushing ensuring that i see as much as i can since i was there only for 2 nights. and for sure will use him again when am back. totally recommend. came on time and allow you to discover alone without pressuring you on time.

Mohammed was waiting for us right outside the cruise pier. It is a long pier reminiscent of Disney Cay at Lighthouse Point so plan accordingly. Our guide and driver for the day was the latest of a multi generations family living in Langkawi, providing additional color to the description of life and changes to the island over the last century. English was a second language for him and that may be important for some readers, we understood him well albeit some time we needed to have him repeat and clarify.Lovely stop at Eagle Square and a wonderful time at Sky Bridge… yes it is touristy and can certainly be packed with people and this tour makes it a breeze by including the fast lane if you choose that option… we easily saved one hour and so we encourage you to. The path to the Sky Bridge involves a set of 200 stairs, or you can pay additional using a short funicular not included with this tour. We are fit so we used the stairs and saw some monkeys up close along the way. This is a great tour to choose as we literally did the equivalent of 3 separate activities from the cruise ship with this private tour.

overpriced. and nobody told us that the cable car was not working, stopping us (a couple in our 60's) from accessing the bridge.

It was very good experience, the guide named Muhammad was very cooperative and helpful. We really enjoyed with him. Highly recommend.

We were blown away by the incredible vista from the peak. Simply stunning. What was unexpected was the fun we had in the 3D Art Museum. What a surprise it was (and the SkyRex was a bit of fun too). We had a terrific day and our driver Amirul was fabulous. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
