Do not pay for this trip as visiting the gardens is free and this ticket gives you no special access. As it’s a “self guided” tour you’re paying for what you could have Google tell you for free. This is an unabashed scam
Really sorry that you felt let down. No ticket is required to visit Kensington Gardens and we do not offer any special access, and we do not say that we do, What we provide is a self-guided tour packed with carefully designed challenges and quizzes that are perfect for 8-15 year-olds and make for a great family experience in this beautiful park, which is definitely something you can't get from Google. Families who have done the tour have generally loved it and have told us this in reviews and direct feedback. We try to make all of this clear in our product information but it sounds as if this was not the kind of experience you were looking for . Again, we're sorry this was the case, and we would be happy to refund you the cost of the tour.
