The boat trip is well organized and the staff is kind and fun, we cruised along the coast to Praiano stopping to see the natural arch and the Fjord of Furore, returning towards Amalfi we stopped for a swim in wonderful water full of fish. Resuming navigation we arrived as far as Maiori and then we returned to Amalfi. Highly recommended trip

Beautiful excursion on the "Raffaele" boat. Captain Antonio and sailor Antonio were friendly and attentive, and they provided us with an excellent explanation of the coastal scenery. A wonderful break for swimming, always under their supervision. Highly recommended.
A very beautiful activity that allows us to see the coast differently. Swimming was pleasant, but you should know that you have to jump into the water. It is impossible to descend by the ladder.
Do not do business with this company or with Antonio. The Airbnb listing was misleading. The experience was advertised in a way that made it appear to be a small, personal tour for approximately 10 guests. However, when we arrived, there were more than 20 people, and the boat did not match the one shown in the listing photos. While waiting, I observed the operation and initially did not realize which boat was being used because it looked different from the advertised vessel. I then watched staff change the signage/name boards on the boat, which raised additional concerns. When I confronted them about the discrepancies between the Airbnb listing and the actual experience, they insisted the listing was not misleading. I disagreed and explained that the experience being provided was not what had been advertised. The company instructed me to cancel the booking but never informed me that doing so could affect my ability to receive a refund. They have since refused to honor a refund request despite the misleading nature of the listing and the differences between the advertised and actual experience. Based on my experience, I would not recommend booking with this company.

Lei è arrivata regolarmente al punto d’incontro, ma ha deciso autonomamente di non salire a bordo perché il numero di partecipanti era superiore a quello da lei personalmente immaginato. Nell’annuncio Airbnb non era mai indicato che il tour fosse limitato a un massimo di 10 persone. La dicitura “10 posti disponibili” si riferiva esclusivamente ai posti prenotabili in quel momento e non alla capienza complessiva dell’imbarcazione. La barca utilizzata quel giorno era una delle imbarcazioni impiegate regolarmente per il servizio e ha operato nel pieno rispetto della capienza autorizzata. Respingiamo inoltre categoricamente l’affermazione secondo cui il nostro personale avrebbe modificato il nome o l’identità dell’imbarcazione per trarre in inganno gli ospiti. Nessun membro del nostro staff ha promesso o autorizzato un rimborso. Il tour è partito e si è svolto regolarmente, mentre la decisione di non partecipare è stata presa da lei pochi minuti prima della partenza. Per questo motivo, la richiesta di rimborso è stata gestita nel rispetto delle condizioni di cancellazione previste dalla piattaforma di prenotazione. Rispettiamo il diritto di ogni ospite di condividere la propria opinione, ma non possiamo accettare affermazioni che non corrispondono a quanto realmente accaduto, soprattutto quando derivano da aspettative personali e non da condizioni effettivamente indicate nell’annuncio. Lovely cruise along the coastline to see some key sights and take in the lovely scenery. Fantastic swim - so refreshing - and the most kind/helpful staff. I lost my watch upon diving in, and two of the team dove for it - and actually managed to find it for me! above and beyond - wonderful trip. Thank you so much! 👏🏻
