Regarding the microphone, the minibus was brand new, only 15 days old from the manufacturer, and the team was still familiarizing themselves with its features. Maria is young and still learning; she can be a little shy about collecting tips, but she always aims to ensure all guests feel comfortable and respected. She certainly did not intend to embarrass anyone.
